My Experience with Lufthansa Airlines This was only my second time flying with Lufthansa, the first being in 1998. On this occasion, I travelled Economy Class from the UK to Lagos and, unfortunately, my overall experience was quite disappointing. For a long-haul flight, I found the Economy Class seats quite cramped and uncomfortable, and the food was not particularly good based on my experience. Lufthansa is not a budget airline like easyJet or Ryanair, and I paid over £1,000 for my Economy Class ticket. At that price, I expected a considerably better experience. Unfortunately, my return journey was even more stressful. At the airport in Nigeria, passengers were having their hand luggage weighed. I was informed that the main cabin bag could not exceed 8kg and that I could only take either a backpack or a handbag, with the handbag apparently limited to 4kg. I arrived at the airport approximately four hours before my scheduled flight, yet I still experienced considerable difficulty at check-in. At one point, one of the agents was about to refuse to allow me to check in, saying that check-in had closed. Thankfully, another member of staff intervened and pointed out that I had been at the airport since around 7pm. What followed was extremely stressful. I had to open my bags and remove and discard several of my personal belongings simply to meet the baggage requirements. My checked-in luggage was actually below the permitted 23kg allowance, yet I was still required to reduce my hand luggage because it weighed 9.6kg rather than the required 8kg. I also witnessed many other passengers going through the same stressful process—opening their luggage, rearranging and transferring items in an attempt to meet the weight restrictions. There also appeared to be situations where passengers were being asked for small amounts of money in connection with the process, which was concerning to witness. After all the stress, rushing around and rearranging of my belongings, I was completely exhausted. I was so overwhelmed that I didn’t even realise I had accidentally put my handbag, which contained my purse, inside one of my checked-in bags! I appreciate that airlines need to enforce baggage policies, but the way this was handled, particularly at the Nigerian airport, made what was already a long journey unnecessarily stressful and upsetting. For a long-haul flight costing over £1,000 in Economy Class, I believe Lufthansa should look seriously at both the passenger experience and the way baggage restrictions are implemented and communicated at check-in. This was a very disappointing experience, especially from an airline with Lufthansa’s reputation. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that improvements will be made for passengers travelling this route in the future.

1 Star I bought a 75" Samsung TV for £899 from Richer Sounds, largely because it came with their advertised "free 6-year guarantee". Just under six years later, the TV developed a fault and was confirmed by Richer Sounds to be "beyond economic repair". This is where my disappointment began. Rather than replacing the TV with an equivalent model, or providing a credit that would allow me to purchase a comparable Samsung, I was initially offered £360, later increased to £415 after I challenged the decision. The cheapest 75" Samsung they currently sell is around £1,299, meaning I'd have to find nearly £900 myself just to stay with the same brand and screen size. What concerns me most is that the guarantee gave me the impression I would be protected if the TV failed within the six-year period. In reality, I discovered that the settlement was based on an internal depreciation policy which leaves you with very little towards a meaningful replacement. A "6-year guarantee" sounds reassuring when you're making a purchase, but it's worth understanding what it may actually provide if you ever need to make a claim. To be fair, the customer service staff were polite throughout and did increase the offer as a gesture of goodwill. However, the overall outcome left me feeling that the guarantee offered far less practical value than I expected when I bought the TV. My advice to anyone considering buying from Richer Sounds is simple: don't let the 6-year guarantee be the deciding factor in your purchase. Read the terms carefully and ask what happens if your TV is declared beyond repair several years down the line. Had I known that a six-year guarantee could ultimately result in just £415 towards replacing an £899 premium-brand television, I would have placed far less value on it when deciding where to buy.

Once again I’m back with a bad review I am extremely disappointed with my experience with The One Broadband. I settled my outstanding bill in full in May and subsequently terminated my contract. I was then contacted and confirmed that my account had been closed and that I would not be contacted again regarding any further payments. Despite this, I have now received an email stating that my broadband service has been suspended due to an alleged outstanding balance. I have no idea where this supposed balance has come from, and I am now having to spend my time contacting them to resolve an issue that I believed had already been completely settled. What makes this particularly concerning is that I am currently in the process of buying a house, so I absolutely cannot afford for an incorrect outstanding debt to be placed on my credit file or for this situation to negatively affect my mortgage application. I have contacted The One Broadband asking them to provide a full breakdown of the alleged balance, confirm my previous payment and account termination, and confirm that no adverse information will be reported to any credit reference agency. I am extremely disappointed that after settling my account and being told the matter was closed, I am now having to deal with this again. I would strongly recommend keeping copies of all payments, correspondence and confirmation of cancellation if you are a customer, as this experience has left me seriously concerned about how account closures and final balances are being handled.

Unfortunately I have a very bad experience with TrimRx, they offered me 6 months plan and charged me full amount of $1332, they shipped 3 months supplies and said they will send the 2nd batch before the first batch finished. They never ship the 2nd batch, i sent multiples email and called them, fill out all necessary info on the portal. At the end I had to dispute the half payment. While waiting on this dispute, they charged me $1918 for NO reason, I would not place any order in the middle of disputing previous order! I submit 2nd dispute with them for the $1918. After so many emails, they refund me the 1st dispute of $671 and told me they will only refund the $1918 if i close the dispute with the credit card company. I closed the dispute after receiving their email on 6/17/26confirming they will refund me the full amount $1918. after 1 month i have not received the refund, I calls and email them again, one responds is telling me they cant proceed with the refund and cancelation/refund need to be submitted within 28 days after the transaction. I sent them the prove showing my original email was submitted on 6/5 which is 24 days after the transaction. They still said they cant process the refund and insisting me to take the products, Why would I take a products that I do not want? the 1st batch products did not work for me, they keep looking for an excuses not to refund. This company is scamming.

Avoid. Extremely poor communication - this company and online system is very badly managed and would be a nightmare if any kind of billing issue occured: I switched to Yuno energy but received no emails or correspondence. Eventually received a welcome email after a long chain of emails and phone calls about a month later, but my account credentials would not work and I had no access to any information. Each time I followed up I would receive an email which did not seem to understand the issue, to which I would have to reply about 3 times and eventually get another useless response after 2 weeks. I spoke to about 8 different customer service representatives who were all very friendly but could not resolve any issues. There did not seem to be any communication within the organisation. After 2 months I have switched to another energy provider. Even this was not straightforward, with another 2 week wait requiring several follow ups on my part, they eventually confirmed I would not be charged an exit fee.

Where do I begin... Advised to pay in full to secure my airconditioning installation WEEKS in advance... then told THE DAY BEFORE that there is no stock - via email; automated message. This meant I took a day off work to accommodate the installation; and cancelled all other potential installers/surveys. The result: iHeat essentially sold me a product/package and never reserved stock. Tremendous inconvenience. When approached - denied opportunity to speak to a manager; told not their fault and they have no idea when stock will be available. Basically shifted blame onto anyone else other than themselves. Utterly poor service. Imagine spending time doing a survey, discussing options, planning your own time... just to find out they're selling products they don't have in the first place. Look elsewhere.

tries to over charge you with fees by saying you canceled. then makes you call and rectify their problems with no intent on accepting wrong doings. then tries to charge for services not rendered during lapse of coverage. Then the management tries to say you where covered the whole time we reinstated it retro active. as if it would have saved me a ticket or from not being covered in a accident. Right. When asked directly i would get the a political answer 🙄

the delivery driver came to our office to deliver a package for a customer. we instructed him where to go to deliver the package. the driver was rude to staff and left the package on our mailbox rather than taking it to where it was supposed to go. when we stepped outside to remind the driver where to go he responded with "its already done" and walked away.

Great product, good quality and does the job. Having broken my back over 10 years ago, I have tried several back supports, when I tore a muscle in my back this summer, this back support has definitely aided my recovery. Now I'm wearing it on my bad days to ride my motorbike and can honestly say, when I'm riding, I don't have to think about back pain.

I got ordained in 2017 to marry two family friends. I have since married 21 couples and done 1 vow renewal. It has been an unexpected joy to be such a significant part of such a big day. Most have been people I know, even indirectly, but through social media, there have even been some strangers who I am now linked to forever. Highly recommend !

Hugo was very responsive and helpful. I'm American so needed an English speaking immigration lawyer on short notice so was very happy to have found Mr. Navarrete after he was recommended by the American consulate in Barcelona. Give him a call if you're having visa/passport trouble in Barcelona/Catalonia.

The host provided exactly what he said he would. It is an unpaved rough meadow behind a locked fenced enclosure. On a side note I didn't redefine print, you only get the promotional price. If you stay two months, otherwise you pay the full price. Not the host's problem just neighborhoods arrangements.
