This company uses deceptive practices and dark patterns to trick users into hidden subscriptions. The checkout layout is intentionally designed to scam people into recurring payments without clear consent. When you realize what happened, you find out they charged you for multiple subscriptions at once. This is an absolutely unacceptable and predatory way to treat customers. I demand a full refund for both accidental charges, immediate deletion of my account, and complete erasure of all my credit card and banking details from their systems. Stay away from this platform unless you want your money stolen! If some one want to do a collective complain, im happy to do with you.

Spoke to Edin K 10/10 customer service experience. Always frustrating when things don't work first time, I had bought a server for Project Zomboid and was unabel to access it. Edin stepped in and resolved the matter quickly and professionally, while also providing some tips for the game. Also provided an extra day service for the inconvenience. Tech issues happen, it's part of the game, having friendly, professional support staff is what separates. Would recommend and will be a return customer.

I ordered mesh curtains for my patio door. They shipped the wrong size, not wide enough and same problem with height. I sent an email and included my original measurement, the measurements of the curtain that was shipped AND photos with a measuring tape on curtain to prove my case. The company STILL expects me to take even more time out of my day and provide additional photos before they replace this item. It’s going to take forever before I get one that fits.

Big shout out to the costumer service of Hyre. Within the app of Hyre there is a chat where you get in touch with (actual) agents of the company, no AI/bots and get you answers within minutes. Everything works through the app: pick up, car key, drop off, ... Which safes a lot of time for the whole process of getting a rental car. The car on itself was clean and well foreseen with all necessary gadgets; from a charging cable for the phone to heated seats.

On check out and on my email receipt it stated 3-5 days delivery. Two weeks later and I've not had any dispatch information. I have been in contact and was just told there was a banner at the top of their website saying there were delays but acknowledged it could have been clearer. On the particular frame we got there was no advisory now saying there would be a delay. This is really disappointing. They said they were aiming for 13th.... Maybe this week.

My order came quiet late,I suppose its coming from far to the UK, but the company kept me informed from the package whereabout. Aldo the sizeof the pants what I orderd for my daughter, did not fit her, the costumer servis is quick and they really helpfull. Recommended 1 size up when you order. We couldn't try the pants just yet, because I am still waiting for the replacement with the wright size, so I can't say anything about how it works.

Excellent service from initial appointment through to Installation.everyone was so helpful polite and clearing explained process. Oliver recommended wayland range I choose cashmere it looks fantastic and the material is well made very good quality. Ian the surveyor was very polite and explained what the next steps were. Chris installer did a brilliant job he exceeded expectations I would highly recommend hammonds to family and friends 😀
