Yesterday we purchased a roast chicken from the Walmart on 130Ave SE in Calgary. It was completely raw and very pink. My son took a bite before we realized there was blood still dripping from it. My husband returned it to the store, asked to speak to a manager, and was told by the assistant manager who came, that they MIGHT return our money. Our son was throwing up after the bite he had and was ill all night. When my husband asked the assistant manager if he thought MAYBE returning our money was an appropriate response, the manager went off to call a manager. Half an hour later, he offered my husband a $20 gift card. With the fact the my son was made ill, a ruined dinner, the time and gas it took to go back and forth, I am quite frankly surprised at the store response. There was a huge batch of chickens that came out at that time and I wonder how many other people became ill as a result. Shoddy product quality assurance and dismal customer service. Walmart could have resolved this properly but chose to alienate us as customers. Never again!

Brilliant service highly recommend I researched dental practices before selecting Kreativ. I was advised by my northern Ireland dentist that Hungary had a good name. I telephoned the Irish Rep. Mary Flanagan. a friendly amiable lady who is informative and supportive no matter when you telephone. I booked a flight she arranged everything else. Courtesy taxi appointment and discounted hotel.. The treatment was excellent . Almost pain free . My thanks to Ivan my dentist. Careful , thoughtful and patient. I even drifted into sleep nearly a couple of times as he was so gentle. I now have a mouthfull of implants and bridges. And I am delighted. The cost? Definitely half of what I would pay here in Ireland or Northern Ireland. Very modern equipment. Pointed out items missed by the local dentist here. My wife was with me for part of the time and so impressed that she had some remedial work done. If you are researching then give Mary Flanagan a ring. A lovely and helpful lady

As an early adopter, and shareholder I’m 100% behind Zoe. Zoe is a fantastic organisation, science based personal dietary advice based on tests of your microbiome.Their scientific studies have been published in Nature and they update advice as their research pushes back what is known about the Microbiome They deserve 10 stars out of 5 for the science. They are badly let down by the app update which has infantilised the presentation of data we users need, by gamifying it as if for children. The update has also removed many features of the previous app like barcode scanner and editable personal menus. Feedback probably doesn’t get back to the principals, as they seem unaware the barcode scanner has been removed for example. When the app has been restored back to the functionality of its first version, if ever -given that is been 6 months since it was introduced- this would be a 5 star review

Crateflow is incredibly easy to use and has taken the stress out of listing from Discogs to eBay. Entering all the item specifics that eBay requires is a slow, tedious task. However, the item specifics are filled in by Crateflow automatically and what used to take us ages is now a quick, slick process. We have sold items on ebay and forgotten to unlist them from Discogs and vice versa but Crateflow manages the inventory and so if an item sells on one of the sites it is automatically unlisted from the other. Not only that if you have a query, the Crateflow team are quick to respond and very helpful.

I was requesting a refund for a reschduled show (which is always a sad thing) it was a Sunday so I wasn't expecting much to happen, but I very quickly got a reply from Neha asking for details of the show. I replied with the information and my order number, a little later I got confirmation from Neha that a full refund, including all fees was being processed and an email from PayPal confirming the same. All on a Sunday. Amazing service. Couldn't have gone better.

I always dread the school shoes shopping trip as my boys hate it and it can be really difficult getting them try shoes on never mind finding ones they say are comfy and they'll wear, but Iman at the Oldham store made it possible. She was really attentive, engaging and patient with them and we came away with 2 pairs each. Thank you!

Over 10 years of being sent wrong bills and the worst customer service money can buy. Finally got rid of them and everything paid off. Now I get another almost 2 months of bills not even the courtesy to send it just an email saying pay now or we will send my bill directly to the 3 credit bureaus. The absolute worst!!!!
