Amber cars has gone down the toilet since becoming part of Veezu. Over 40 minutes waiting for a car this morning, watching on the app as the job was allocated and the drivers kept on refusing it. I ended up missing and having to pay for an appointment I could not make. This is not the first time either, in fact this is a regular occurence with this company. The last several journeys I have attempted to book with this company have been the same experience. After nearly 30 years of using Amber, I will now be looking for alternative transport. Though given this company appears to own all the private hires in Leeds these days, that will be harder that it seems. Stop using this company and drive it into the ground. They do not care about customer service, so let the company fail and a new, better one come up to replace it.

This cars is unreliable. The administration behind it is incompetent and in one instance dishonest. I needed numerous attempts to demonstrate identity for financial regulation. Each time promises to remedy were not honoured. Using the card now in Austria the card has expired and is unusable. I opted to keep the same card at renewal. Emails have failed to lead to solution and the company has refused to transfer my funds back to me. One service operative claimed I had received a new card to justify the failure of service which is simply a deception. I have attempted to make a complaint. That has been ignored. These guys are an amateurish shambles. Go for Halifax or indeed anything else.

I don't know if this is a scam or someone just had a really bad idea to have AI respond to all emails. It's impossible to speak to an actual human being. I ordered from their website but cancelled less than a week later and got an email confirming the cancellation and that I would be refunded within 15 days. It's a month later and I still don't have my refund. Any attempt to communicate with them is emailing an AI help desk that just sends empathetic responses and assuring that this has been escalated. At this point I don't believe at all that I would have ever received the product if I hadn't cancelled and that I will ever get my refund so I'm going to go through my bank to dispute it.

Skroutz had us waiting foe the delivery. On friday a message came that in six minutes the driver is arriving. Went outside only to get a message 3 minutes later that the driver did not find me. Have in mind the location for the delivery is a company and the package had specific order to be left at the reception of the company. Instead we tried to make it easier for the driver and went outside to pick it up. The iten was meant for a present . Skroutz customer service is unacceptable witouth any phone number to speak to a human and they are leeting you speak through emails and Ai bot. Last time for me feletipng the app as from now

Burford Garden Centre is simply the best garden centre in the Uk. It has an amazing selection of excellent quality plants, pots both online and in store. We visited yesterday as required a large terracotta pot as most garden centres do not stock these and found a good choice to choose from once more. Enjoyed a wonderful lunch and later an excellent choice of delicious cakes with a coffee. We reside 50 miles from the garden centre and it never disappoints us when we visit. Highly recommend

So.... I've received another 3 auto generated emails ....telling me the good news that ive received my product ....the tracking number shows the product has been delivered to an address in Hounslow ( LONDON) I live in Newry Northern Ireland. The saga with this company goes on and on ....I'm afraid its the small claims court for me .....22 wmails is quite enough ......do NOT waste your hard earned money with this lot .....shop somewhere where yiur money wont be stolen !!!!

Honestly, it was a great experience. I doubted for so long it if I should book it but I’m glad I did. Dr. Amy was a great listener, she was supportive, friendly and flexible and I left our appointment feeling really positive and heard. It's as easy as using any other card for online purchases. The only downside is that you can't go over the card's balance, and most stores don't allow you to split payments between multiple cards. It would be great if there were an option to add money to the card, allowing users to top it up and make purchases that exceed the card's original limit.

Bought two items and needed to return one. They claims that you can return within certain amount of days but did not send a return label when I created a return on their website. Contacted support but only got answers that they kept investigating "the issue" for two weeks until I was forced to pay for both due to time limitation.
