Edit an hour later: I wrote the below right after it happened as I was sitting there. Before leaving, Jasmine and I spoke before I left. I want to say that my heart sits well with Madison Reed, once again. 🙏 I have been coming to the 91307 , Woodland Hills location for over a year now. The experience is usually pleasant and I enrolled my friend and sister (have been working on getting Mom on board.) Well today a very rude technician literally got upset with me because I held my ear out of the way (after she had brushed hairdye on the other ear without me having said anything at all). God is my witness i was so gentle with my words and smiled while explaining why I held my ear. I was shocked when she said she'd send another technician to finish it. She moved the table and disappeared. I sat there and no one comes. I guess people thought she had finished my hair and she had not informed anyone. Im sitting there just wondering what just happened. Then someone passes by and smiles at me as they usually do. I got her attention and she and the manager were had no idea that she had not informed anyone. Like myself, they were wondering what just happened. The manager kindly completed the job and apologized to me. But I was very sad and though I was smiling and thanking the manager, I literally had to keep tears back. Her name was Jasmine at the Woodland Hills location, CA. Sat 6/6 at 4 PM.

I was a bit disappointed with my extensions I received because they didn't seem to be any different than the ones on Amazon and I paid 4x as much. I filled out their form for customer service to voice my opinion and I felt they took my concern seriously and they reached out to me several times before I answered and she explained to me that the blondes have to be brought to that color from darker hair which made sense but regardless they replaced them no questions asked and I had already installed them in my head. There was no run around, they send the hair and you can wait until you get it to return the other hair which was nice. They said they didn't want me to have to go with no hair.

We had an amazing experience renting this swimming pool. The pool was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The surrounding area was comfortable, private, and perfect for our gathering. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire booking process smooth and easy. Everything was prepared when we arrived, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this pool to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and enjoyable place to swim and relax. Thank you for being such a wonderful host. We look forward to renting again in the future!

Did not realize how much radiation this sauna puts off. My Geiger Counter went through the roof. You’re literally cooking yourself like a microwave! To make things worse, it does not heat up to what they advertise. I couldn’t get mine past 145 degrees. They said they would send me a new improved “skin” that would hold the heat better, but they never sent it. When I emailed them again asking when the skin would arrive they said it’s past warranty and would not be sent. They don’t warn about radiation exposure and it does not work as they advertise. You’re wasting your time and money.

I am honestly blown away! I didn’t want to spend a fortune on salon nails and I don’t have the patience to sit still long enough to paint my nails at home and wait for them to dry. Plus they chip within a day or two and it hardly seems worth my time. This system is SO easy and my nails look like I spent $60 at the salon! I haven’t done any maintenance on the original application in 9 days and they still look perfect. This was seriously a great investment. And join the Facebook group! Sistaco customer service is unparalleled.

The whole process of porting my phone from AT&T to boost was a long, drawn out nightmare. It took nearly 4 days, and using Wi-Fi calling in the meantime. This was a year ago. Service was inexpensive and worked well for about 8 months, then started slowing down. Now I can't connect to the internet anywhere, even at home when I'm on my own wi-fi, and I have high speed. I'll not be renewing. Customer service is absolutely no help at all, they are just bubbly and friendly - sold me initially, won't keep me with terrible service.

Absolutely enjoying my True Sea Moss so far that just arrived this past Monday, June 1st! Looking so forward to the healthy benefits it will continue to bring! I can definitely taste the sea moss in it though, in my opinion, but at least that means you can tell you're getting what you're paying for and it's worth it! Only have tried the strawberry flavor so far and looking forward to trying the other flavors I purchased afterwards.

I think I have been a customer for about 2 years now and I am a very happy customer. The few times that I did have a problem with my box, I called the customer service line and every time I got top notch treatment and they fixed the issue with a smile. Two Thumbs up for Butcher Box. And the quality of the meat is always great with better pricing than my local supermarkets.

My husband ordered a long sleeved Antonino Merino Zip Sweater and received a short sleeved vest. After contacting their customer service and sending a picture of the erroneous product received we have had multiple "it's been referred to Finance team for processing. That was over a month ago and two months from original request.

Where do I start? The fact that I paid for an e-sim that never worked or the fact that they continued to harrass me through SMS messages for MONTHS!! Disgusting and untrustworthy service!! Texted STOP to end the messages, blocked them and silenced my notifications but still spent months bothering me non stop. 🙄😡

I have had to relocate over a dozen times in my career and this was the best service by far I have ever received. Louis and his crew were courteous, punctual, helpful and just a joy to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure this was a seamless operation. Louis is the best and deserves your praise.
