“When Even the Bank Can’t Fix Its Own Card” During a 1.3-hour visit with a Personal Banker at Truliant FCU Headquarters, I attempted to resolve an issue with my new Truliant Rewards card not linking to PayPal. I want to be clear-the banker provided exceptional service. She was professional, persistent, and genuinely advocated for me throughout the entire process. She spent the full session on calls with Truliant support and PayPal, and even challenged her own colleagues internally in an effort to get answers. Her effort was truly 5-star. However, despite involving multiple representatives from both Truliant and PayPal, no one was able to identify or resolve the issue. After more than an hour of troubleshooting, Truliant staff acknowledged they could not determine the root cause. Even additional internal contacts were unable to provide a solution. According to PayPal customer service, the issue preventing my card from being linked is currently considered "unresolvable," despite the card working with other services such as Amazon and SiriusXM. While I greatly appreciate the outstanding effort from the branch-level employee, the lack of resolution, accountability, and technical clarity from both Truliant and PayPal is deeply disappointing.

I purchased an appliance package in April last year that included a Frigidaire built in oven. We didn't get it delivered till mid-July and due to renovation delays it didn't get installed till end of August. I noticed right away that the door was not aligned properly and would sometimes not close because of this issue. I called to get a service technician to come fix the problem and was told they would be in touch with me. Well, they never called. Over and over again I was told they would contact me and that didn't land up happening till March this year. The technician didn't actually do anything but did try to tell me that the problem was likely due to installation. I tried telling them that there is no way installation caused the problem, but he wouldn't listen to me. They left and made their report which resulted in Frigidaire refusing to fix the issue and by the time they got back to me about this it was already April. I tried reaching out to Frigidaire directly and they ignored me till the 1 year warranty was over so could blow me off completely. I will never trust their products or warranty again. Stay far away from Frigidaire / Electrolux products.

This is not the first time Dutch has let me down. On three occasions I have used Dutch. The first time went great, my cat was having tummy trouble and we got it fixed. The second time was last year, I needed antibiotics for my cat and "rush" shipping did not happen, even though I was charged for this. I quickly cancelled my membership. However, this time a year later it was the same. My cat needed simple antibiotics and they STILL have not shipped four days later, and yes I paid for "rush" shipping and pharmacy speed. Customer service is extremely slow, you get the round about trying to get ahold to anyone as the vet you speak with it not helpful when it comes to shipping (understandable, it's not their job). Overall I'm extremely mad and should have saved money to go to the real vet... which I'm going to right now. This service would be fine if you were not in a hurry for medication, but DO NOT USE if you need a pet prescription in a speedy manner. I'm so disappointed. Service is great in concept, the actual vet I spoke with was great, but overall I would NOT recommend their service.

Sent from my Galaxy I came across Hdcompetitions on Facebook book by accident and as I was interested in owning a drone I thought that I would give it a go. I found the process easy and straightforward so I purchased tickets for the DJI Mini 5 Pro Fly More Combo competition and much to my surprise a few hours later I received a message to say that I had successfully won the prize. The following day I contacted Damon and said that I had decided to take the cash alternative because it would come in very handy on our trip to Poland next month he took my bank details and transferred the money instantly. A very smooth and pleasant experience with a very pleasant person to deal with. This was my first time entering the competition and I'm certain it won't be the last, here's hoping for more wins in the future.

I had never ordered from LaRedoute before, but saw a beautiful laundry basket that I wanted. When I realised it was coming from France, I thought it would take ages to arrive, but a few days later, I got the email to say it has been delivered. The basket is beautiful, very well made and perfect for what I needed (storage of paper mache craft balls). Some people had said it was a bit rough on the inside, but that didn't matter to me, as I wasn't putting clothes in it.

I’ve tried a few IPTV providers before, and most had issues with buffering or channels not working. iWatchPTV has been much more stable so far. Setup was quick, channels load fast, and streaming is smooth even during live sports. The channel selection is good, and it works well on my devices. I’d still recommend starting with a trial, but overall, a reliable service compared to others I’ve used.

Excellent service from Francis at Sensational Auto Installations. He installed a car screen and reversing camera in my car, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Everything was fitted perfectly, and the whole job was done professionally and with great care. Francis is very dedicated to his work, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Received polo shirts 5 days after order and the quality is not what they are claiming. Don't know where all the 5 star reviews have come from. These £50 shirts are shapeless and the stitching plus material is poor. Tried to leave a review on website but could not. Some bullshit about media reviews more helpful? Will be sending back.
