⚠️ Charged 3x more, 3 weeks early, no notice – refund denied. Check your billing NOW. Two years ago I paid around US$240 for a 2-year Business plan. This year, Wix auto-renewed it at US$730.80 – MORE THAN TRIPLE – with zero advance notification of the new amount. And here's the worst part: their own invoice states the billing period runs Sep 17, 2026 – Sep 17, 2028, but they took my money on AUGUST 29 – 19 days BEFORE the billing period even starts. They charged me for a service that had not begun. I requested a refund THE SAME DAY, fully within their own 14-day refund policy. First they told me to wait up to 45 business days. Then they DENIED the refund. Then, in writing, they told me they can't refund because I opened a PayPal dispute – the dispute they themselves won, after which they kept ALL my money. So: they deny the refund AND blame the dispute for not refunding. A perfect closed loop where they keep US$730.80 for a 2-year service that never started and that I cancelled immediately. This is how they treat a customer who followed their refund policy to the letter. If you use Wix, check your subscriptions and disable auto-renewal today, or you may find a huge surprise charge weeks before your renewal date. I have every document to prove all of the above and I'm now escalating to consumer protection authorities. Avoid.

Save yourself the stress and avoid this firm at all costs. What should have been a routine, straightforward conveyancing transaction turned into a year-long nightmare that has cost us thousands of pounds in direct financial losses. Their entire operation appears to rely on uninvested freelance solicitors rather than dedicated in-house staff. Because of this, there is zero case continuity; fee earners routinely vanish mid-way through a file without leaving basic handover notes, forcing new solicitors to start from scratch. To compound the issue, they accepted our money for a property sale, carried out work, and then—seven months down the line—conducted a "file review" and abruptly announced they could no longer represent us, instructing us to find new representation. Dropping a client after taking their money and holding up a sale for over half a year is the height of incompetence. This is hands-down the most unprofessional legal service I have ever encountered. An official complaint has already been submitted, and I will be escalating this matter directly to the Legal Ombudsman.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SITE. AFTER you make money they want you to enable your device location and want to see your photo ID and a selfie over a lousy $5. Not worth selling the last bits of your privacy or your soul over. Also they want to charge you extra money to send your card to your email. What a joke! This place sucks and they can shove the $6.14 right up their a$$ since they want ever last cent out of you like a soul sucking vampire. Oh, by the way - one of the surveys I completed said that after you clicked the next button you would get $5. I got less than a dollar to complete. It just goes to show how much money they are making off of each person to begin with, then want to charge you more to cash out. Don't do any surveys for these scam artists.

So let me be absolutely honest with you guys: Funding Pips, or I should say a firm which I have seen grow from giving its first total 1 million payout to its traders to giving it in a few hours, honestly felt like a personal win and personal growth. Although I haven't made much with them as I am not profitable at a large scale, I blew my account because of my mistakes, never because of any hidden or new rules of Funding Pips; the team is great and very lenient. One time my payout was put on hold because of an IP issue, and I was scared that they were going to reject it, but they waived it off; that was the day I decided that I am going to stick with them forever. I actually didn't pay attention to the name. I thought I was getting my tickets from a similar company so, I was extremely nervous until I walked through the gates at the concert. The awesome part was I purchased my tickets months in advance and I received them weeks before the concert, so all the anxiety and anxiousness didn't have to exist. Overall a time was had I will purchase again and hopefully I continue to receive the same satisfaction, thanks.

I booked fly to Europe via Dubai and pick extra legs sit..but at Emirates that sit is not extra legs it cost me $100 Aud...there is no contact respond no chat..I also get charge tax on ticket??? About $265 so this site is missleading and it is not cheep. If I buy the same ticket via Emirates or Qantas it would be about $370 less cost. Telefon contact described as 24/7 respond with messages that it only works at business hours??

I purchased a handbag from the store in Mount Druitt three hours later with the receipt and everything intact I went to Parramatta to return it. They said that they do not do returns. I was not told this when I purchased the bag. No one said to me there was no refund. They wanna give me a store credit which I don’t buy from them. The worst customer service. Highly recommend you do not purchase from here.

PlayStation suspended my account because I reversed a charge that they charged me twice for. Charged two times for the same thing in minutes. I dispute one of them as I shouldn’t be charged twice. They then suspend my account. So does PlayStation have the right to steal in order to keep the privilege of playing? Trash
