I have been a Nespresso subscription member for a year. My last order went missing with the courier - apparently delivered, no tracking working. This happens and I understand that is outside of Nespresso control. BUT what IS in control of Nespresso is their customer service, it took me three attempts to speak to an agent - live chat. The first time there was no one available. Second time I was 27th in teh online queue!!!! I waited about twenty mins but had to go to a meeting. The third time I joined at position 15 and still waited about twenty mins. The person has reordered the coffee for me BUT I am out of stock and have had to pay a premium via Amazon. i have visitors coming this weekend and I have two machines - one for my small biz and one at home. I am very unhappy with the poor customer response time. It really isn't good enough. To compensate with one sleeve of coffee does NOT recompense my time and increased expense via Amazon. Please do better Nespresso or I will change my machine to another brand.

After a less than amicable "divorce" from my publisher, I needed an alternative outlet for the existing hardcopies of my debut novel, quickly - for me, buythebook.ie quite simply saved the day. The service is transparent and reasonably priced, and very easy to setup and configure, with helpful instruction videos to get you through the least obvious parts. Within only a few hours I was all ready to go. But the best part of buythebook.ie is (are?) the people behind the website, these are real book lovers who are prepared to go the extra mile and more for aspiring authors.

Through his teaching and the community, I learned how spreads work, how to approach trading with more discipline, and how consistency can help generate profits over time. The way concepts are explained makes trading easier to understand, especially for people looking to improve their strategy and risk management. I love the eyeglasses I bought from Fytoo but I was a little disappointed that they aren’t a perfect fit. So I reached out to customer service who said that although the frame sizing cannot be altered, they can send a replacement or exchange them for another frame ( one of the arms broke at the tip). I think the custom service is great- they were quick to respond once I emailed the correct email. As far as the fit is concerned, I plan to get some sleeves for the arms of the frames to see if that helps.

After payment, they disappear from your life without a trace—how romantic! Customer service either transfers you to voicemail or hangs up on you directly; I even doubt if they're a real customer service team. The website agreement clearly states that a no-questions-asked refund is possible after payment, provided you contact customer service, but it's impossible to reach this so-called customer service team. I had my family members call the same number, and none of them were transferred to voicemail.

Neze provided exceptional help in restoring access to my account. Their patience, willingness to assist, and calm, supportive attitude made the whole process smooth and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to Neze, everything is working perfectly again. Truly excellent service. I’m genuinely grateful!

My order arrived promptly. I was amazed at the amount for the price, even a cute fridge calender and pen, to tick each day as you've taken it. I genuinely notice an improvement in my skin, it just looks brighter and plumper. I never really write reviews, but try this, you won't be disappointed.

I ordered an item and it was delivered broken. I have messaged the person on whatsapp and emailed their customer services. It cost me another £14 to return the item and they havent refunded anything. Item was received last week and no communications since. Awful service would not recommend.
