A date was booked for today for BHF to assess the house for clearance. Their arrangement was to come at any time during the day. I needed to pop out for a few minutes to a neighbour but wouldn't be far so I phoned asking to give me some notice to enable me to get back. I was told they give me 30 minutes notice as standard practice. I popped out at about 12 ish but later in the afternoon found a card in the door that they called at 12:28. I checked my phone and there was a missed call at exactly the same time. I always keep the phone on me and there was no way I could have missed the door bell and also the phone call unless it rang just once. Anyway what is the point of phoning and coming to the door at exactly the same time? I phoned the office and tried to explain all that and also that I dedicated a whole day to this inspection and tried to explain that at the very least they breached theit rules to provide the 30 minutes notice. I found myself going round in circles with my fundamental question about the notice just being evaded. I got more and upset but instead of understanding and apology the lady threatened with terminating the call. I had other serviced people in the house at various times and I always got a courtesy call and there was never any friction. I cannot abide this lack of courtesy which is why I will not be engaging BHF.

I attended a week long silent meditation retreat. Katherine is an expert and empathetic teacher in guiding meditation with horses. And the benefit of a silent retreat and a digital detox cannot be underestimated in slowing down and being mindful of everyday activities, mindful eating, mindful walking. As a student and teacher of yoga and meditation, I found Katherine's meditation in nature with the horses exceptional in restoring homeostasis with the benefit of synchronising with the horses nervous system, which Katherine explains as entrainment with the horses nervous system. The food is vegetarian, delicious and super healthy. Overall, I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone and every body in reviving body, mind and soul.

Extremely disappointed with this… Extremely disappointed with this service. I paid for a high-quality Static Residential (ISP) proxy, but they delivered a Business IP instead. When I provided proof that their IP is being flagged as 'Business' by all major databases, they refused to take responsibility. To make matters worse, they hid behind a '24-hour policy' to deny a replacement or refund, even though the product they delivered was not what I ordered. This has caused me a direct financial loss and account bans. If you are looking for genuine residential proxies for social media or sensitive work, DO NOT use this provider. They sell mislabeled IPs and have zero customer support ethics. Total waste of money

If I could give less than one star I would. Their renewal tactics are completely shady and borderline extortion. After MONTHS of being told we MUST upgrade to a new suite of products that was 3x more expensive than what we currently had and also move from a one year to a three year contract — a week before our autorenewal they snuck in a "okay nevermind we'll renew at the current product/price" and counted that as "consent" to renewal. In over a decade of working in and with SaaS companies I've NEVER seen such shady upgrade and renewal practices. Do not do business with this company.

Bought £100 worth of vouchers in the black friday sale and planned to use them in the Birmingham restaurant from my birthday in June believing they had a standard 6 month expiry. However, I have just tried to use them and realised they only had 3 months. I have emailed the team and been told there is nothing they can do to extend them! There is always something that can be done, they are just choosing not to. They didn't even offer any of it. Disappointed is an understatement. £100 is a lot of money and it was a genuine mistake. SHAME ON YOU LOT... REALLY BAD ADMIN!!!

i am genuine, they do need to make it very clear that anyone buying from them will be automatically enrolled in repeat purchase and it is not possible to opt out easily either - so rather than question my being genuine, rather look at your own unfair and unclear business ethics that do not care about their unsuspecting customers. also after doing searces online Orivelle Ltd has 2 addresses and 2 phone numbers and both places appear to be closed down, hence my guess they are only based in china now - even companies house has no record of any af their companies that i can see

The most awful experience. These aparent professionals were third in the food chain from my insurance company. The demanded (demanded) to go through the whole claim process again - bearing in mind they are low in the food chain and were tasked with 1 thing. They couldn't even do that. Back to my insurance company who I pay for and who are now dealing. The compancy is shocking. Especially this Kurt person. NOT A CLUE.

Horrible customer service. Wrong postcode. Sent by the deplorable DPD who have, without consent, left it a post office on the other side of town. Called Build a Bear to explain. They said it would be delivered the next day or they would wait for it to be returned. Didn't listen to a word, told them it had been left at a post office even though I told them not to. Still fighting for a refund. Never use again.
