WARNING: Betista is holding my funds with fake technical errors after verification! Total scam! Avoid this bookmaker at all costs! They are absolute scammers who will do everything in their power to block you from getting your money. Here is my exact experience with them: The Verification Trap: They dragged out my account verification process for over a week, completely ignoring my emails. They only finally verified my account after I filed an official complaint against them on Casino Guru. Fake Technical Glitches to Block Withdrawals: The moment my account was successfully verified, I tried to withdraw my winnings of 77,000 HUF via Revolut Bank Transfer. The platform instantly rejected it with a ridiculous error message: "Reached withdrawal limit max. MaxLimit is 3000". Clueless and Evasive Support: According to their own system, the minimum withdrawal limit is 7,500 HUF and the max is 350,000 HUF. When I confronted their Live Chat support agent (Cristiano) about why a 3,000 HUF limit is triggered, he was completely incompetent. First, he falsely claimed the daily limit is 600 EUR (which is way more than 77,000 HUF). Then he told me to type the amount in EUR (211 EUR), which also failed. Then he told me to break it down into 35,000 HUF chunks, which was ALSO rejected by their broken system. The Final Brush-off: After forcing me to go through all these useless troubleshooting steps that clearly didn't work, they just washed their hands of the matter. I received an official email from them stating that "the process is no longer up to them" because it has been forwarded for internal investigation. This is a classic rogue casino tactic. Once you win, they use poorly configured backend systems, fake currency conversion bugs (mixing up HUF with EUR limits), and endless "internal investigations" just to stall your payment and hope you give up. Do not trust Betista with a single penny. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and actively blocking fairly won money. My case is currently open on Casino Guru, and I will not stop exposing them until I receive my 77,776 HUF. STAY AWAY!

Another review. I like HMV. Or at least, I want to. I prefer to support them over the likes of Amazon, for example. But I've had enough of them not listening to customer feedback about the stark problems with their website. Each time you try to add an item to the shopping basket on HMV it lags for minutes, and I mean minutes (sometimes around five minutes), on end. In that time, you can't add other items, nor can you continue to scroll pages to look at more items. Then after all that, as a final insult, an error message pops up saying that the item couldn't be added. So you try again, and wait again for abother five minutes, only for the same error message to appear. But the plot thickens, because when you check your basket, it has actually added the item, multiple times. But HMV's site designers in their infinite wisdom don't allow you to deduct item quantities incrementally, nope. You have to remove the entire item and try again. As a paying customers I find this to be words that I can't use on here. Are HMV comfortable wasting my free time? What should be a pleasant shopping experience turns into one where I'm tempted to lob my phone at the wall. What should have taken me no more than a minute to £300 worth of items (around 15 individual items) to the shopping basket literally took a very frustrating 1 hour to 1.5 hours of my time. That's when I decided I'd had enough of HMV, and might just consider shopping with Amazon, or at Rarewaves instead. I wouldn't mind so much, but I've mentioned this to them on here and over the phone in the past. It's been like this for years. YEARS. And they never fix it. And that speaks volumes about their attitude towards those who they rely on to keep them in business. I want to like and shop at HMV, but I just really can't be bothered wasting hours of my time on something that should take minutes. They given me too many reasons to shop elsewhere.
