Well I had somebody supposed to come it between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. Friday morning they never showed they never called nobody called I called after waiting until 11:30 that morning giving him a half an hour window still nobody showed up nobody called I had to get going I was put behind for something that was not going to happen unfortunately very pissed off at the company the company charges your arm and a leg but never shows up to do the work that they're supposed to fix people are telling me that I need this or I need that but yet I can't have that in my apartment because of the radio waves will be bouncing around somebody told me that I needed to put a extender Wi-Fi extender in my apartment the guy was from Florida the other person that I talked to was from Missouri she said I didn't need one both both places both States say that I didn't have any problems or issues that they could see on their end of my components acting up I was having problems with my components again people are wrong in my building people have been having a lot of issues with spectrum because Spectrum doesn't care about their customers they just want to sell you things that you don't need or they don't bother to show up when they're supposed to that is not how you run a business if you want me to run your business for you I will run your business for you I will show you in your workers how to respond and respect the customers and not play games but until then I am done with Spectrum I am done with anybody that runs a business like Spectrum I've run two businesses I've never had issues and I did it all by myself you have one company that's run by billions of freaking people and they're all unimaginable lazy that don't work they're not supposed to do what they're supposed to do so yeah I'm all set with Spectrum I will be putting my words into the Better Business Bureau because I think they need to know and I think I will be posting it also on Facebook not to do business with Spectrum because I know there's a lot of people that's pissed off at Spectrum because they're going somewhere better and that's where I'm going yeah baby I'm done with you Spectrum

Great on helping me decide on which shocks would be right for me. I did purchase front shocks that need to be assembled so its understandable there is a lead time on that. After receiving back shocks it looked like the entire order was marked "delivered" so I called to be sure. The sales guy I talked to sounded like he really didn't want to be talking to me and when I mentioned checking on the rest of the order he said "well there are 200 orders in front of you". Mind you I was not complaining and made that clear. Less then 24 hours later I get an email stating some parts are on backorder and there is no time frame on getting those parts from the manufacturer. The email stated I can change the front shocks if I want or keep what I have ordered. Considering these are what they recommended I stayed with these. Emailed just over a week later for an update if they heard anything and still waiting on a reply a week after that email. Was looking forward to the experience as the buying and choosing part was super easy with them. Everything after so far has been terrible. Only reason they are getting 3 stars is everything before the order.

Dear fellow movers, I beg you to avoid Brightside Moving Group at all costs. My experience with them has been an ongoing nightmare. This is an unnecessary broker (middleman). My best advice, (and I have had many moves), is to load and drive your own truck. If that isn't possible, then utilize one of the moving container options. I have used ABF and U-Haul shipping containers with great success in the past. I thought that using Brightside would make my out of state move seamless. I couldn't have been more wrong. They contracted with a company that immediately put my items in a storage facility and I haven't seen them for five weeks. You lose complete control. I have no idea when I'll get my belongings. I keep getting the runaround with no solid answers. I am a single, retired person and this experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful to say the least. If I had to go to work every day, or was caring for a family it would be impossible! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I was advised to upload evidence to a portal which I did. When my assessment came the assessor hadn’t seen it and she didn’t follow the advised DIVA5 format. I couldn’t verbally bridge a gap between my daughter at home and my daughter at school! She said she would review evidence, I contacted clinical partners and was advised to move it all over, I moved it all over. The assessor read one page of a QB check, then told me clinical partners don’t accept external evidence. I don’t know how the NHS are paying for this service! She asserted on the feedback she had done a ‘good assessment’ report arrived and referenced the one page of the QB check she mentioned (not full psychologists report). Felt judged as she had said in the opening 5 minutes I was ‘one of those parents’ and she had made her mind up before speaking to me. Would have done 1 star but on one of my phone calls (3rd July) I spoke to a lovely lady who genuinely seemed to care.

The class is "free" BUT..... The class is advertised as "free" BUT when the certificate is $39 and that's the digital one, THAT is NOT free. ALISON, your class is NOT free when you are charging DOUBLE what other reputable sites are charging for class and certificate AND the trainee doesn't know there is a payment expected until AFTER they have spent their precious time training! I see your replies to other trainees that "you are the only training site offering free courses" BUT you charge so high for the certificate it's actually MORE expensive than other sites! At least other sites are forth coming about the costs, you know what you are getting. I can't stress enough the importance of NOT taking a class from them because on top of this, the certificate doesn't have the hours you spent (needed for licensing) on the certificate! The cost is way too high and it is NOT a payment for quality, it's extortion.

The circumstances were. We were doing a charity event in a hire van, on arrival at our port of departure, the French requested us to load the bikes in the van as THEY had made a error and allowed another group of cyclists on thinking we were them, on departure from the ferry on the morning, this threw our plans into a bit of a mix up, at no point had we planned to have to meet foot passengers, our booking attached was for cyclists and a van, on arrival at Portsmouth I asked as I have never been where do I go to get the foot passengers and unload the bikes, the port staff told me the front of the building, I was looking for the front of the building not a parking area and accidently entered then waited, assuming I was in the correct area for the foot passengers. Due to their arrogance and lack of empathy we will now have to take £60 out the funds raised.

About 10 months ago, I ordered a custom vanity for my bathroom remodel, and I was very happy with the quality and craftsmanship. When I recently decided to add a matching shelf for linens and toiletries, I came back to this company because they were able to build it to my specific dimensions and match the design of the vanity. Communication throughout the process was excellent. They were responsive, kept me informed, and the cabinet was completed and shipped more quickly than I expected. I appreciated their willingness to customize the piece to fit my space and match my existing vanity. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for custom bathroom furniture.

I have been to Eastham (00333) London, The security guard was cool mood and he never shows any reflect on my attitude, i took a basket and look around the shop for what i want.. One of staff ( he looks like supervisor ) follows me like facing the stock where i goes, and i joined the Q to pay, she calls me (mahoor T) ' U come over to pay ' than No hello.. Hi.. 'U hava a superdrug card ' i said..No i haven't than she asked me to pay ' press the red button than pay' there is no thankyou also, she was rushing to me get out from the store. Any way thankyou superdrug!! Please teach them to all staff in EASTHAM branch( 00333) How to say Pls and thankyou 😁

A scamm, they do not provide any notification, no invoice nothing to notify when you are charged. I made a single payment of 0.95 for one file than i forggot to enter and cancell the default subscription. On 13.06 i was charged with 44.95 euro without any notification not even an payment confirmation email like the one they sent for the 0.95 payment. So i haven't noticed the payment, on 11.07 a new payment was made this time i noticed it on my bank history so contacted them within 1 hor to cancel and refund the last payment but they denied it. They refuse to refund the payment made for a future service that was never used.!!! that say all.

DO NOT purchase from this scam website. I ordered a $54 light. 3 weeks getting package and they sent a $6 Walmart product. I sent over 10 requests to customer support for “instructions “ to return product to get correct product. They have only replied 4 times saying they can only do partial . They are avoiding any kind of return , when I specifically just request “return instructions”. Then when I ask for a phone number to talk to customer service they reply sorry, no phone number. But that “request return”. Is available . It is a constant dodge for them not to take care of the problem. This was a Total scam

Platform is so annoying and their AI bots n advisors They come in middle of session n push for another course demo After demo they consider that demo was booked by me… On top of it every 10 min AI calls I am stooping my subscription to this platform Initially they mentioned that there is no auto pay and my credit card charged with 70k inr Luckily I did not approve the transaction Before enrolling I enquired about such feedbacks and they said mnay of them resolved But looking at your teams attitude you are continue to follow such toxic practice

Excellent and professional customer service! I had a major issue at the airport counter with the car rental supplier (Enterprise) who failed to provide my reserved car. However, Trip.com’s customer care team, especially Lenny, stepped in immediately. They handled my case outstandingly, approved a full refund, and even offered a generous compensation for the inconvenience. I highly recommend Trip.com for their reliable buyer protection and fair resolution. Thank you!

Yardley Farmfoods Birmingham went in today a very rude new supervisor called Zara shockingly wearing a manager top. She was shouting rude at all customers. Just as I put all my shopping on the till belt. She said card only I politely said I wish you had said before she said three times moron and attacked me remember court and police action could be brought into force. All the old staff and managers gone new staff some with totally bad attitudes.

very disappointed, ordered from this place , after 10 days got my order and bottles were missing , than called them again and took another week to get my missing bottles and than when ordered arrives and one of the bottel is broken so 3 weeks to get your order in same country and than broken bottle , I wont be ordering from this place again and some of the prices are very high than the other place i usually order .

If there was zero star then for sure I go for zero star.I bought a dress which is totally different than picture.made very cheap .and you buy it from Europe but If you want to return it then you have to send it back to china and pay twice more expensive than your purchase for return post .in the end they give 20% of your money to keep the cheap dress .they made me never ever buy again from unknown online shop .

Today I received Gucci flora gorgeous gardenia edp from urbanshop.pk and I m very impressed. The fragrance is absolutely fresh elegant and very pleasant. The lasting is also very good because I applied in afternoon and I can still smell it right now at night. The customer service and delivery were outstanding as well, even though Sunday they arranged an urgent bykea delivery service.
