Great service & quick responses
The server hosting is extremely simple to use and if you have any issues they are quick to help resolve. The ai bot is very helpful too for small issues that don't require anything too technical. They are very accomodating to requests for changes of service. Probably the best server hosting out there in my experience.

Awesome support staff. doesnt dismiss your opinion even when you're wrong.
Great staff, helping to solve issue caused by extra mod I've installed myself. Going extra mile just to make sure they did everything they can, even giving extra test server for free.
Also taking feedback and implementing improvements almost instantly.

I’ve been using Ping Players’ 7 Days to Die server hosting for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The performance has been consistently reliable, and any small hiccups I’ve experienced were usually due to my own permission mistakes not the server itself.

I encountered a technical issue, where the game server would stop accepting connection requests. Nicole methodically troubleshot various alternate configurations to verify it was a system issue, promptly escalated it to the infrastructure team, and provided a workaround to keep us playing.
