The location was wonderful. You could go to different restaurants, markets by walking. It Is close to one of the main avenues in CDMX.

We reserved a room in September 2025 for a stay in January.  En route to our destination, we tried the app to get our access code, but the app wasn’t working.  We called Marriott (we reserved through Marriott Bonvoy) and were told that we should’ve gotten an email notification that the reservation was canceled and given a refund.  Their phone number no longer receives calls.  Marriott won’t refund money and we haven’t gotten anything from Sonder.  

Never saw a cleaner all week. Bedding and towels never changed. Everything in the apartment was grubby and unclean. The toilet and shower were disgusting. The toilet bin was never emptied once. The cutlery and crockery were diabolical. No resemblance whatsoever to the profile and photos in the booking.com app. There is always cheap and cheerful but this was cheap and dirty

As a parent, I was naturally concerned about my child's accommodation during their internship in NYC. Intrnz truly put my worries at ease through their thoughtful networking programs, and readily available support staff. 

The housing provided was not only safe and secure, but also conveniently located to public transportation so they could easily get to their workplace. 

The staff was incredibly helpful and ensured my child's needs were met and their experience was elevated. 

I highly recommend Intrnz to other parents seeking reliable housing for their children. 

Wonderful hotel, great food and really in a good position. Would recommend it.
