I enjoy the food ideas and convenience. The meat could be improved however it sometimes is very chewy. I get missing ingredients a lot, rotten ingredients, and missing cooking cards. I've had multiple boxes go missing as well. This week my delivery was late an entire day.

Such an easy process and the delivery came quickly.  I am very pleased with the quality of the beef sticks as well... Very tasty and fresh.  We will be ordering from them again for sure!!

I saw an ad for the company and decided to check it out. I found they had many options as far as beef, chicken, pork and even seafood, left with a great deal and now my freezer is full for the winter if not longer, will definitely visit again when they are back in town. Thank you, Kyle, for the great customer service!

This is the best online fish company that I have dealt with. Restaurant quality, quick shipping, and frozen when delivered (flash frozen on the boat for best flavor and texture). 

Food is ok but not much food comes in a container.  There is not a lot of variety, seems like 85% of meal choices are something with chicken.  We really don't care for the Mahi Mahi dinners.  Shrimp dinners are good but again, not much in quantity provided.

The experience was great. I was close to free shipping and did not realize it when I ordered. I called back and added some shrimp to get me over the free shipping amount. That was great customer service. The crabs were great and shipped my mom some the next week. She also enjoyed them. I will be ordering again.  

Shipping was fast, but several cans arrived dented. I contacted the company with safety concerns but received no helpful response. They said dents are normal and refused to offer a solution — very disappointing customer service.
