Normally we have great experiences.  But recently, we have not received the full kits, or this week, we received green beans all week instead of what we actually ordered and paid for.  We are going to give it one more week to see if they can get it fixed.

I have been ordering smoked turkey from Burgers and Smokehouse for a few years now and my family and I have always loved the turkey. 

I love knork, I was disappointed when it came in and I saw made in China. I always thought I was buying a USA made item.

I received 31 meals I didn’t order

I visited the Starbucks on Sevenoaks Way in Orpington (BR5 3SG) at around 4:23 PM with my best friend yesterday/ November 6th Thursday. I ordered a Cookies and Cream Frappé, and I want to share my experience so the store can improve its customer service.

When I went to the till, Mera served me. I did not feel welcomed at all. She did not greet me, and her facial expression made me feel uncomfortable. She looked unhappy and was frowning, and it seemed like she did not want to be there or serve customers. Because of this, the start of my visit did not feel pleasant. I did not say anything at the time and just moved on to wait for my drink.

When I received my Cookies and Cream Frappé, it tasted very bland. I could not taste the cookies and cream flavour at all. I felt disappointed, so I went back to the counter to mention my concern. This time, I spoke to Billy, another staff member.

Billy was the complete opposite. He was very polite and understanding. He listened carefully to my concern, and the way he spoke to me showed great customer service. He took my drink and offered to double blend it and add more cookies and cream flavour to make sure I was happy with my order. His attitude and efforts made me feel valued as a customer, and I really appreciate that.

While I am very happy with the service I received from Billy, I feel that Mera could benefit from more customer service and communication training. It would also help if she had more training on how to make drinks properly, especially frappés, so customers can enjoy their orders.

Overall, I want to thank Billy for his kindness and professionalism. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

I love MealPal! It makes eating healthy while eating out easy and convenient. If I am going to eat take out, why not do it at a reduced fee and healthier options?! Highly recommend MealPal who those of us who are not natural meal preppers snd still want some sort of a healthy meal. 

Great meals but your fulfillment staff suck.
