Very much pleased with my order and lenses

They use the worst delivery courier, Colis Prive, who never delivered my package but marked it as delivered. I’ve been going back and forth with 1000 lentilles customer service for TWO WEEKS straight. They send one email every morning saying the same thing: the courier says they delivered the package. Yes I know it says that, but they did not. They will not accept that the courier didn’t deliver the package. I’m probably not even talking to a real person, but with AI, who doesn’t understand the situation. Absolute garbage customer service. I’ll never order from them again, and now I’m out 60 euros for contacts I never received!

Ordered 48 hours ago and they haven't even posted the lenses. Their website explicitly claims that they will be delivered within 24-48 hours and it's the only reason I chose this site. Avoid. If they have such a blatant disregard for explicit claims on their site, I'd recommend ordering from a company with more integrity.

The ordering process is straightforward. It is easy to repeat an order. The lenses arrive quickly with no fuss and the prices are competitive. Nothing to worry about.

Twice ordered lenses and twice delivered late. They say 24/48 Hr delivery but it’s a lie. Ordered Monday not even posted until Thursday. Don’t order if you need next day or 48 he delivery, lenstore and vision much better service.

Excellent response and timing. Easy to use the site and to log in and save orders and prescriptions. Responsive when an order was delayed.

The products are excellent as are the choices. The speed of delivery is occasionally inconsistent. Overall very good.

1000 Lentilles did not deliver the product and failed to provide a refund. It has been two months and they are unresponsive. They owe me money.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM.

Récemment, j'ai commandé des lentilles de contact. Bien que l'expédition estimé était de 1 à 2 jours, la commande a été retardée d'environ une semaine sans aucune notification. Après avoir contacté le service client, j'ai reçu un e-mail disant : « En guise d'excuses, nous vous offrons gratuitement 10 lentilles pour chaque œil. » Cependant, ces 10 lentilles gratuites n'étaient pas incluses dans le colis. De plus, les réponses à mes demandes concernant l'échange des lentilles mettent beaucoup de temps à arriver. Il y a trop de problèmes, et je ne peux pas faire confiance à cette entreprise. À l'avenir, je choisirai une autre société.
