Doesn't work

The kit does not function as it should.
There a lack of power from motor while under load ( rider weight), it barely gives any assistance in lower levels at all, having to set to levels 5 all the time, just to get enough assistance to ride on flat ground only, which performs well, but reduces range significantly.
Try to climb any type of incline or moderate climb is when motor struggles to give assistance, even when in top assistance mode (L5).

I've tried other bikes with ebike kits fitted to them, before i decided to go for this one, after I was recommended from a friend after riding his bike that was fitted with the Geeko 250w motor, and found it to be very good assistance in all levels.

This was not the experience I got when fitting and testing this kit on my bike.
Issues
1. Lack of power.
2. Very low torque
3. Magnetic motor resistance in freewheel ( magnetic braking )
4. Assistance very poor in lower levels ( 1-3). acceptable assistance in level 4-5 while mostly flat riding.

Based on my experience so far with this kit, I cannot justify recommending this to other cyclists.
Update
I have done everything they told me to do, from changing parameters too videos to capture motor performance in all levels while out riding my converted bike.
First issue found, was motor parameters where originally set for 250w motor, and not for the actual 250w - rw2 motor, this caused false motor rpm and cassette readings.
Second issue was assistance too low, So they asked me to unlock speed restriction to max speed 100 ( not legal in this country if used on public roads, and if stopped by police, your bike is confiscated and cruched) this did help riding in level 4/5 on relatively flat ground, did not impove assistance in levels 1-3.
Third issue torque
This is noticeable very low if riding into a head wind or a graidiant, or climbing a moderate hill, will see little to no assistance at all. It was so bad, that i had to get a back push from another cyclists with a working Geeko kit to keep moving forward.
I know other cyclists with this kit fitted to there bikes, and don't have any issues with the 250w original motor, that I have mentioned.
All I want is this kit to work as there's does.

Yet, instead of helping me resolve these issue with this kit, they have now decided to paint me as the problem. ( Slanderous Comments).

Please don't let them do this to you

We have had a lengthy communication with Mr. Paul. Initially, Mr. Paul claimed that the motor's RPM could only reach around 130. Upon our request, he provided two videos: one showing the app parameters, and the other being a screen recording of the app during an unloaded test, which displayed the motor's RPM (around 130) and motor power (around 25W). To rule out interference from parameter settings, our engineers strongly requested Mr. Paul to record a complete and unedited video to ensure that the parameters remained unmodified while the motor was operating. This is because a low speed limit value or other parameter settings can restrict the motor's speed—i.e., keep the motor's RPM at a relatively low level.
After repeated requests, Mr. Paul finally provided a video containing complete setting parameters and showing the motor in no-load assist mode. In this video, it can be seen that the motor's RPM reached 255 (with motor power around 25W), which is a normal operating state of the system. This contradicts Mr. Paul's previous claim that "the motor's RPM can only reach around 130". Additionally, under no-load test conditions, the RPM of the motor and the cassette should be close. In this video, apart from seeing the motor's RPM reach 255, we also observed that Mr. Paul attempted to lower the cassette's RPM (keeping it below 99), which is abnormal. It is evident that Mr. Paul knows that a lower cassette RPM will result in a lower motor RPM. However, this is not easy to achieve under no-load conditions.
Later, Mr. Paul argued again that "the motor's RPM is low during road tests" and provided segmented videos once more: one showing the app parameter settings and another being a screen recording of the app while the motor was running. Under the strong request of our engineers, Mr. Paul finally shot a complete video. In this video, although Mr. Paul focused on showing that the motor's RPM could only reach around 180, we noticed a fleeting frame where the motor's output power was 398W.
When the motor's output power reaches 398W, it indicates that the motor is under high load, most likely when traveling uphill on a relatively steep slope. Under such circumstances, a motor RPM of 180 is completely reasonable. Our engineers analyzed that Mr. Paul should have recorded this video while going uphill on a relatively steep slope. Although he later claimed that the slope was only 3%, the 398W motor power shown in the video speaks for itself.
We are unable to determine Mr. Paul's true intentions. However, judging from the chat history and all the videos he provided, the actual situation contradicts the "problems" he claimed. We are willing to face any possible issues with our products openly and honestly, and provide corresponding warranty services in accordance with our after-sales service policy. At the same time, we welcome customers to give fair and impartial feedback on product issues and our after-sales service. That said, based on the videos provided by Mr. Paul, the system is currently in normal working condition.

I needed a sensor for my rear drive…

I needed a sensor for my rear drive kit. They got it to me quickly and for a reasonable price and shipping. I've had nothing but good customer experiences with this company. Unlike, say, with Swytch. Highly recommended.

I am excited about this drive system

I've now ridden over 1,000 km with this drive system, and I'm very impressed. It works very well and supports me when I need more power or when I get tired. Installation was very easy and completed quickly. Everything fit together very well. With the 20Ah battery, I can travel about 200 km on Level 2. I can recommend this system to anyone who has a good bike and wants to keep using it. Slopes and headwinds are no longer a problem and no longer spoil the fun of riding.

Good overall but battery mounting required improvement for Brompton bike

The installation was straightforward and went smoothly. With the 350W motor, the bike has plenty of power for climbing hills.

Since the Brompton frame doesn't have water bottle cage mounts, Geeko provides two plastic straps to secure the battery cage. While this works, the straps don't hold the cage as tightly as a fixed mount would, and it may require a slight adjustment after riding on bumpy roads.

I have already logged over 1,000km of rides.

Happy

Had mykit ( 250W, 7.8 ah battery) for near 18 months.
Apart from having another controller sent as the original was making the motor make strange noises....its been trouble free.

I love the 35100R system

I love the 35100R system. The battery options are great to find a perfect fit for my Stump Jumper Full Suspension. I do have a Dillinger offroad kit for my Gary Fisher Ascend and I like both systems in different ways. I would like to see you allow throttle to be independent of pedal assist setting, throttle should have full power available all the time no matter what the pedal assist setting is, it would be nice to use throttle without having any pedal assist engage if you pedal a little bit. Display buttons are very hard to push without using fingernail, nearly impossible with gloves. The algorithm is odd, it goes beyond high speed limit and then drops back a bit after that. That makes it hard to get gearing correct on bike. Overall, I love it. It is quiet, responsive and

First experience after 60 km (+ after 200 km)

Installation of my 350w rear mid-range set was almost easy. As I had a center lock brake disk, and therefore I needed to buy another 6 screw disk, but no drama. I personally eliminated the throttle, because there was no need for it so far, and otherwise it detects my bike illegal at a glance. Up to here, I like the set very much, it accelerates smooth and powerfull and the consumption and range is as expected. What I didn´t like is, that the rim has a shiny part for rim brakes, which is useless for disk brakes and it looks kind of experimental. I´m going to paint it all black (did it now, it looks great). Its a very good bang for your buck! After 200 km. Still a fine addition to my bike. I used it on very steep terrain now in the alps. The battery did hold 50 km and 780 height meters. I tend to say, my mountainbike is a very affordable alternative for a super light e-mtb. It weights about 18 kg and helps on moderate inclines a lot!

Thank you for your comment. The rim with silver ring could be used for the rim brake, it's the default rim. If you would like to customize the all black rim for disc brake there is the customisation service. We are extremely sorry for not communicating this with you in advance. We hope you can make the modification and wish you a happy ride.

No regrets, but some advice for buyers

Trustworthy, well-packaged, easy to set up.
I am happy with the performance.
However, if like me you have a racing bike with no suspension, skinny tyres and low weight, the addition of 4 kg makes your ride more uncomfortable…it’s a question of physics. This kit is better suited for a heavier, more well-suspended bike. I ride super fast now, but since it is an 8kg racing bike, the ride is more jittery. Also, don’t forget to always clip in and push in the key lock for the battery. It’s not just for security, but in fact keeps the battery securely fastened when you are riding.

Beautiful and efficient

Not only the kit works well, the battery looks like a nice metal water bottle (not like those ugly C4 explosive pack I see on ebikes), is working perfectly, but the tech support is super nice and efficient, so thank you 100G, I'll recommend you anytime, for your products and the help you give after.
