Tech Wizard Extraordinaire

Sean is not just an support guy—he’s the Tech Wizard Extraordinaire! Sean swooped in like a superhero. His skills? Next-level. His attitude? Pure gold. If Sean can’t fix it, it’s probably because it’s nothing wrong.

Waited 20 hours for a response that these domains had been redeemed at an earlier stage, it's awful

Also thought I'd add to the review:

To this day, the domain that is unavailable is freely available on their site, is this what you consider normal service provision?

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear your frustrations in regards to your .tr domain.

As discussed in our live chat and your support ticket, your domain is currently awaiting approval from the .tr registry. This means that it won't be visible as active in their WHOIS until the registry approves and allocates the domain name to you.

If you attempt to purchase the domain on our website, you'll see a message indicating that there's an existing open order for your name. This is because we've already submitted your order to the registry and are awaiting their approval. Until approved, the domain technically remains unregistered.

I understand that the delay in activation is frustrating, but please understand that this is a very normal wait period for a ccTLD such as .tr. Unlike .COM domains (in which registrations are instantaneous), Country-Code domains undergo a more thorough evaluation process by the registry itself. This process takes time.

Rest assured that your domain application was transmitted to TRABIS, the .TR registry, and they will notify us with an announcement once the domain names have been allocated. In the case that your application is denied, you will be refunded in full.

Our team is diligently monitoring TRABIS's announcements and will provide further updates to you as soon as we receive them.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We value your business greatly and hope your registration is approved soon!

Warmly,
101domain

P.S. As always, if you have any questions feel free to reach out to our support team.
