Improve sizing of products and returns process
Sizing is a huge issue that needs to be looked into. A size 12 dress barely fits a size 8 person, the clothes aren't true to size, some are too big, others too small.
More than half of my order was Primark products, all the labels we're still on them.
It's not exactly the high street, or the savings you claim to be, the original price for a Primark top was never £26 or £35 as the site claims to be.
To return products costs more than the products themselves, so invest in your returns process for people outside the UK.
Never purchase shoes, they're of very cheap quality and material, I'm not expecting high quality for £10 pair of shoes but out of the 4 pairs I ordered, I brought them all to the charity shop as I couldn't wear them.
There's lots of store closures happening, lots of choice for the 10Store buyers to buy their stock and sell it on. There's going to be plenty of overstock from Topshop, Oasis, Debenhams and so on, would be nicer to see some of these stores products on the site instead of Primark and Ali Express clothes.
