No refund!
A month on and still waiting for a refund! Have made 3 complaints and no reply to any of them! 10 store do not do exchanges... so that means sending back for a refund.... a refund that never comes! Will not be ordering from them ever again despite having spent a lot of money with them. Beyond disappointed. Happy to take my money, not so forthcoming in giving it back!.... and complete arrogance to ignore customer complaints
