I had high expectations when I chose Dr. Yannis for my cosmetic surgery, hoping to receive a professional, luxury experience with excellent results.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. During my initial consultation, I felt pressured to make a quick decision and pay for the surgery without a thorough discussion of my options or clear expectations of the outcome. This was not the in-depth, tailored consultation I expected.

After the surgery, the results were far from what I was promised. The rhinoplasty left me with visible dent on my nose and is not completely straight. The brow lift did not work at all and left me with uneven eyebrows, leading to an unbalanced appearance. I raised these concerns during follow-up appointments, but I felt dismissed, and my concerns were not taken seriously.

Additionally, when I addressed my concerns about the unsuccessful brow lift, as acknowledged by Dr. Yannis, yet there was no clear plan to address the issue. I was suggested to wait several months to see if there was any change, but the results remained unsatisfactory. A follow-up adjustment attempt caused discomfort, leaving me with a persistent cold and pulling sensation on the right side of my head, which was never adequately addressed.

I invested a significant sum expecting a luxury experience and quality results, but I am left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and with an outcome that did not improve my confidence—in fact, it has diminished it.

I would not recommend Dr. Yannis to anyone seeking high-quality and professional cosmetic surgery. My experience was far from the standard I was led to expect, and the lack of satisfactory results and responsiveness has been disheartening.

Claudia Brand is exceptional and always makes you feel you are the only patient she has seen all day. Always taking to time to listen to your concerns. Could not recommend more highly

Treatment was quick. More confidence, medical assurance, and attention to details from the practitioner would have made the experience even better.

Dr Yannis , is extremely professional and honest. I have had several procedures done by him and I have been extremely happy with the results.

She is really talented and highly professional.

I really like the surgeon here and he has improved my look, however I have a couple of issues. I had rhinoplasty and i love the improvement, however, since having the surgery i cannot breathe properly via my left nostril. I have a permanent concave line going down the left side of my nose. I went back with my concerns but Dr Yannis Alexandrides said it was fine and injected some temporary filler into the concave line so it looked symmetrical. Since then i haven't had any more filler because not only i cannot afford it, i really don't want do it for the rest of my life.

While i was under anaesthetic, i decided to have the fat removed (liposuction) from my chin and then the fat injected into the lines at the side of my mouth. I absolutely love how my chin is and i couldn't be happier with the results. The fat that was injected to the marionette lines at the side of my mouth, squeezed out either side and it has made the lines deeper than ever. It was a very expensive procedure and i deeply regret it.
After the surgery i suffered from deep depression, which my GP felt was the result of the anaesthetic and i went into a shell. I was on antidepressants for 13 years. I've learnt to live with the defects and I accepted the effect of the anaesthetic because I signed the disclaimer and i knew the risks. I wish i had been warned about the possibility that the marionette lines could possibly look worse when the fat squished out either side of the lines. I thought it would be a permanent filler, as it was my own cells 😔

My surgery was actually in 2007 but the date doesn't go back that far.

Lovely environment with a friendly and informative therapist, the treatment was painless and stress free.

The level of professionalism and expertise is simply outstanding.
I have been studying and talking about skin for year and spoke to quite a few professionals but Kerstie provided by far the most thorough and honest consult possible.She asked what was my main concern and she advised me wisely what would be the best course of treatment for me without ever pushing to do more while being completely aligned with my idea of wanted to look natural and focus on long-term benefits. I am mostly concerned with treating the first signs of aging around my eyes and following her advice I decided to opt for the Ameela polynucleotide treatment. Claudia administered it and honestly she simply is the best, i literally didn’t feel anything other than a little bit of pressure (bear in mind were taking about a cannula injection around your eyes).
I cannot speak for the results yet but overall if you are in doubt just book a consultation with them and ask them all the questions you may have, if you don’t feel like proceeding with anything they will never pressure you; but believe me you won’t be disappointed!

I recently had Botox and filler treatment at 111Harley Street and I am delighted with the results. I have been a patient of Dr Alexandrides for many years and trust him totally with the care of my face. He is a renowned plastic surgeon and is wonderfully skilled in treating different areas of the face to achieve a very natural result. I always leave feeling and looking very fresh and rejuvenated. The whole atmosphere at 111 Harley St is very relaxed and professional and I would recommend this surgery whole heartedly to anyone

Booked treatment!!

Decided to give 111 Harley Street another go. I had already seen another surgeon back in 2021 but due to unforeseen circumstances I did not go ahead but the price offered at the time was competitive so thought it would be within that range maybe some more was also okay after confirming with reception that the prices are the same for both surgeon decided to book a consultation with Dr Yannis which cost £250.

I must give credit the consultation went smoothly and he answered all my questions. I was then passed to the sales coordinator who gave me the shock of my life, I was offered a price of around £11500 back in 2021 and this time was told it will cost £24000 which is absolutely outrageous, the doctor did recommend "little liposuction" costing £8000, how? Apparently because he is the MD his prices are much more. If the person who booked my appointment had told me this as I asked the question then I would not have gone ahead. WASTE of £250 which could have all been avoided. I did tell Abby this but she did not believe me, I strongly suggest for them to listen to the recording of the call to improve practice here.

Kerstie Lyons was absolutely extraordinary. She was very patient and took a long time to explain various procedures. Her empathy will put any patient at ease. Also, at no moment did I feel like she was pushing products or treatments or trying to sell me stuff. I found this refreshing, in a health industry that can attract sketchy 'professionals', especially in London.

The 1h+ long appointment was free, and I didn't end up booking any further procedure. So essentially, Kerstie gave me an hour of her time for free, and at no point did I feel rushed.

She's a true professional.
