My experience at the clinic exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was both welcoming and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and informative which made me feel at ease.
Claudia is phenomenal! She genuinely cares about her craft. She is very knowledgeable and has a trained eye for detail and precision.
I am from the Los Angeles area and I work in the Spa and skin care industry so I’m no stranger to Botox and fillers. But honestly, if I could afford it, I would travel from Cali to 111 Harley St for ALL of my cosmetic needs!

I had a wonderful experience at 111 Harley St. I had an initial consultation with Kerstie, who recommended a Clearlift laser treatment. She explained the procedure well, answered all my questions and I felt safe and well looked after during the treatment with Racheal, who is a gem! The clinic is relaxing and welcoming, I would highly recommend.

Honestly, this place has changed my skin and my confidence. I have been coming here for about a year now and, looking back, I'm a different person because of it. I used to be really anxious about leaving the house because of my acne scars and now, after 5-6 potenza treatments with Rachel at the 111 clinic, new people I've met use me as a reference for someone with "good skin". Kinda crazy. Amazing results and amazing staff.

Claudia is professional and friendly, and the treatment worked wonders. 25 years of grinding my teeth stopped immediately after the first treatment. I’ve tried mouth guards, hypnotherapy and all sorts with no joy but this really worked

amazing experience and treatment

The service was ok... wouldnt pay their overpriced treatments for conventional/easy things (I got lip dissolving). The nurse was ok at first but then she kept saying things like the filler I currently had was "cheap" and she " didn't like my cheap filler". She then took a picture of me and said "this is the best thing you'll ever do for yourself". She kept saying the treatments she provided were so much better. There are ways to discredit the competition and promote your services with a bit more sympathy and kindness. I was feeling bad enough about my situation already and you don't need a professional to make those kinds of comments. They just made me feel very uncomfortable and there was no way I booked my refill here. Sorry. Really nice clinic but your staff drove me away.

I had my first ever consultation with Kerstie a few weeks ago about getting some botox in my forehead as it was my first time ever. She made me feel really at ease and assured me it was a super quick, painless process and that i would love the results - and she was right!
