Very accommodating and helpful.
I’m from Canada and have relatives in the United States who were planning to visit. I ordered coffee to be shipped to them so they could bring it with them when they came to Canada.
I was concerned that the original shipping company might not deliver the coffee before my relatives left. When I contacted 11thStreetCoffee, the employee I spoke with was incredibly helpful. She was able to switch the shipping carrier so the order would arrive in time.
I will definitely be purchasing coffee from them again in the future. They were very accommodating, and they carry the coffee I love, which I can’t get in Canada. Highly recommended!
