Today we had booked with one company…
Today we had booked with one company who hired this company who hired another company. The driver who arrived was amazing.
The others have not been, 121 contacted me stating I would need to make another payment to them to arrange the driver to come back to us. Our flight arrived 6:30 the driver waited since 6am
Apparently 121 has a policy of waiting 1hour only. We asked for 6:30 not 6.
121 wanted another £200.
We got out of customs at 7:30

Firstly, we did not request or charge you £200 at any point. We have a full record of our communication, and the chat clearly reflects that. Should you wish to review it, we are happy to share the screenshots for transparency.
Regarding the pickup, your flight was scheduled to arrive at 6:05 AM (Flight - BA32), and our driver was already present at 6:00 AM, well ahead of time. In line with industry standards and our policy, we provide 1 hour of free waiting time from the actual flight landing. In this case, the driver waited until 7:05 AM, after which standard waiting charges apply.
Additionally, we would like to highlight that you only paid £20 for the service, which was already a discounted rate considering the volume of luggage you brought. If necessary, we can provide photos showing the large and excessive luggage that exceeded the original booking information.
Despite all this, our driver remained professional and supportive, going above and beyond to assist with your bags to ensure a smooth transfer.
