The item is delivered within time although in between i have to give a call to get things moving , overall good experience
I purchased an electric boiler on december 26, 2024 and till now my order is still on hold. I tried to call your office, but no one is answering.
I was suspicious due to some bad comments. But I received my order In 7 days with a weekend in between. So yes, there is no “hour by hour” tracking information but be confident they make a good job at very attractive price. To recommend
I must say I have never given anyone a one-star rating, but 123boilers's service is so terrible, that I couldn't help, but give only one-star.
I've ordered the boiler on the 3rd of December from their website as my boiler decided that 3/12 was its last working day after many years of service. Once it hasn't provided any warm water, I officially (and with huge grief in my heart) had to declare that it joined the other water heater systems to its next stage to the afterlife.
I've decided that I'm going to buy a specific boiler from their website and as 123boilers site mentioned, that the boiler which I wanted to purchase is available for a next-day shipment, I've decided to trust my money with this provider and I bought the new family member for its expedition to heat the water for 4 human being. As it turned out, wish I didn't do this.
My unfortunate expedition with 123boilers started with not receiving the boiler the next day. First I thought that I might receive it the third day as maybe I ordered the boiler after 8 pm, they couldn't make it delivered the next day.
But unfortunately, I didn't receive the new family member after waiting another day. I've called customer service, but they've told me, that they're still waiting for the boiler to be delivered to their main warehouse and once they have it, they will be able to ship it to me.
After calling them several times (they have never ever emailed or called me on their own, I always had to initiate to ask for information), on 23/12 (so waiting 20 days), I've received a DIFFERENT boiler, which was in a DAMAGED state.
Regardless that the item was in a damaged state, I didn't receive any pipe which I could use to connect this new acquaintance to my water system. The box was also in a damaged state and the packaging inside (polystyrene) which was used to cover the boiler was also in a damaged state.
