These people are awful. A group of 3 lads arrived in a ProHeating van in our street. They sat there for 30 minutes with the engine running. When we politely asked them to turn the engine off they basically laughed and refused. I explained that there are lots of kids in the street - it made no difference. I rang the company to complain and remind them that idling is now illegal and was told 'Noel' (?) would call back that day - surprise surprise - nothing. Don't bother with this lot - they treat people with contempt and have zero respect for people or the environment.

Very poor treatment. Problems with shipment to Italy made me cancel the order the same day as it was made. Now this proheating business is threats me with a claim collecting agency !!!

Perhaps they should read the law before they start a business..... By the way I bougt the same product on Amazon for a third of the price
