My order was delivered very quickly, the next day. The value and quality of the goods is second to none.

Advertised same day shipping, but in reality orderd on a Sunday was not shipped until Wednesday, delivered on Thursday. Why advertise quick turnaround time and then not delivery? Not happy with leaving us without ink for what should have been 2 days

Excellent service and super fast delivery

I ordered ink for my printer and after I ordered I was called by the sales team to offer me ink cartridges with a few extra mls ink for an extra 5 euro and 10 cent. The salesman offered to send me a link to pay the extra fiver to which I accepted but got distracted on the day and forgot to pay via the link. An invoice was sent to which I didn't bother with for such a small amount of ink for my personal printer. I also just assumed they would send me out original order without the extra mls as I didnt pay the extra FIVER. 123ink.ie sent me out the ink cartridges with the extra mls in it regardless to which I didn't realize. After this I got a series of emails from 123.ie, with "reminder" in the subject bar which I thought were promotional "don't miss out" emails and never opened them. My last email was a threatening email to say that if I didn't pay 5 euros and 10 cents to them they would be sending my contact details over to solicitors. They didn't ring me once. All for the sake of five euros. I rang them and paid the fee. I will never use this service again.

This is an amazing little company, that has become more of a 'support service' to me in my work, than simply a shop! They give fair and balanced advice, they follow-up by phone if you didn't submit an order correctly, they process and send orders very very quickly, quality is always very high, and their prices easily match competitors. I'd be lost without them!

I was surprised at the speed of delivery. Product arrived earlier than expected. Busy at work so haven't opened the package yet. If the speed of delivery is anything to go by, then I believe you sold me an excellent product.
