Delivery.
I paid to have the cartridges delivered by Friday. Unfortunately they didn't come until the following week. I ended up having to purchase elsewhere until the cartridges arrived. Resulting in spending twice what I intended. It was my first order which didn't impress.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I got an elegoo centauri about a year ago needed to get a replacement hot end board about six months after getting the printer. Spoke to a guy Robert in there he had a replacement part by the end of the day was able to pick it up and have it in the printer within 24 hours unbelievably good customer service.

I will be getting my printers from them going forward .

I have a Ryobi electric lawn mower and the battery wasn’t holding a charge.
A new battery was advertised at €102!
Luckily I bought a compatible one from 123.ie for €60 and it arrived within 48 hours. Highly recommend 123.ie for ease of ordering, value for money and speedy delivery.

I originally wanted to order brother toners but the website recommended their own "better value" toners promising that they're just as good so I took the risk and ordered. The first couple of times thw quality seemed good and colours were bright and beautiful but after a handful of times the quality became worse to the point that some things wouldn't even appear on the paper. I contacted customer service and showed them the quality and even though the toners show as being nearly full, the quality is horrible and can barely see it on paper. I was told there is nothing they could do to help me and offered free shipment for my next odrer for the inconvenience caused. I also ordered some pencils from stabillo brand but not sure how old the stock is or what the story because since I took them out of the box they keep breaking and its nearly impossible to color with them. I have 2 euro pencils from aldi which do a better job. Very disappointed and waste of money. Wouldn't order again from here.

Ordered a storage tub 'really useful' brand, and I have had they before from other suppliers who sometimes sent it unpacked with just the postage label on or in a flimsy box. This one arrived in a strong box and packed well, some free pens and quick dispatch. Would recommend.

I ordered and paid for a printer from them online, supposed to be sent out the same day if ordered before 6.15pm I placed the order at 2.26pm within 10 minutes I had a phone call saying I should order their own brand toner as printers only come with a starter pack, so I ordered the toner and paid over the phone, this was 2.40pm. I was told I would get an email with a tracking number later that day. No mention of anything else. The next day I checked my account to see if the items were sent. It was showing I owed money for the toner even though I paid over the phone. This was a Friday, I tried to call 3.01pm, no answer office closed. They close early on a Friday at 3.00pm. Great, its bank holiday weekend, now I must wait until Tuesday. So I sent them an email to explain I paid and they must update their records and send the printer. On Tuesday I checked my account, it showed paid but not sent. On Wednesday I checked again, still not sent so I called, was told they were moving warehouses and it will be sent in a couple of days. Then it was one excuse after another. I never got the printer. I cancelled it when they admitted it wasn't in stock. I should have been informed on the day I ordered that there would be a delay instead they just wanted to push their own brand toner and take the money. Be careful when dealing with these people, taking money for something you know is unavailable and making customer think it will be sent out the same day is unacceptable! I will never use them again! I am trying to start a small business with limited funds and this caused me a real headache. I had to wait for the full refund before being able to purchase a printer from a more reputable retailer!

Beware..... If the item you are after is not in their Dub warehouse, and has to come from the EU warehouse. I waited almost 4 weeks to receive my order, still not here as of this review. Their CS will reply to mails, IF theres anyone there, as i was told the agent i dealt with was the only one on. be prepared for canned copy paste replies to mails, and apologies one after the other.
Right now they fail to fulfil eu derived orders in a timely manner. if you have other options, then use them and avoid this lot.

Had an issue with a damaged ink cartridge, but the customer service was amazing from start to finish. They sent out a replacement quickly and were so easy to deal with throughout the whole process. They even included a pack of jellies, which was such a thoughtful little touch and really appreciated!

It’s rare to come across customer service this good these days — thank you again for making everything so hassle-free. Highly recommend!

WARNING!
Overall I was satisfied with their service, but would like to warn when buying refilled by them printer inks. I have printer HP Envy 6032e. Normal black ink is HP 305. They suggested to buy their made ink cheaper than original. Couple of months later when I replaced to that ink, printer din't recognize that ink at all and error come up. I had to buy original HP 305 ink and reset printer to get it work again.

Clear website, great prices and on-time delivery. And product is great too. Can’t ask for more.
