When my order was delivered I did not…
When my order was delivered I did not need the product anymore. I tried to return it but they said I would have to pay the return costs myself and this would be same amount as the order itself. Therefore, they suggested keeping the product and they offered me a EUR 10 discount for my next purchase which was very much appreciated. Even though I don't need the product anymore customer service was reasonable and managed to offer a good compensation. Thank you!

Great customer service.
I ordered something what i didn't need anymore, so I wanted to send it back. They adviced againts it, because I would have paid a lot of money just to send it back. They helped me find a solution and I could choose something else from there site without paying. Great service, quick response of custemor service.
