Stay away from this company!

Stay away from this company!

We bought a sofa from this company after calling and making sure that they can deliver as promised on the website - within 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks the sofa did not come. The company blamed DHL for problems with delivery. Afterwards they informed that they cannot deliver at all as they do not have the product on stock...

That is very unprofessional and unserious.
Now 3 weeks has passed, the company withdrew money from the bank account but not refunded.

We contacted the competitor company Connox and the same sofa was delivered in time with a very professional service.
