Ran out of Oil on a Saturday night! Phoned the company any they delivered Sunday morning at 10.30 Brilliant service any people to deal with.

Absolutely fabulous! Found these guys in September 2023 by accident and when trying to source a kerosene delivery - gave them a try and I am just gutted not to have discovered them before! Not only were they superb in price, customer service and no-fuss organising of a swift delivery was just amazing. Highly recommend and just taken another delivery from them - all within 2 hours of making a phone call …. I’m sorry I left it so late not realising how low I had got! Thank you again - keeping being the brilliant service that you are x

Absolutely fantastic advice and so friendly. Made me feel a huge amount better about an emergency and suggested a less expensive solution. Definitely recommended.

Emergency delivery arrived on the same day within a few short hours.
Driver called when nearby and was courteous, quick and efficient filling the tank.
Super helpful service, definitely going over and above and even providing advice, which was very much appreciated.

I would just like to say thankyou to the guys at the Shenstone depot of 123 oils. I have used them several times over the last couple of years. I only purchase small quantities of heating oil which I collect from the depot in 20ltr jerry cans to be used in portable heaters in my workshop. Despite my requirements being very minimal by comparison I have always found them to be friendly, courteous and willing to provide a good service. One point worthy of note, if like me, you are local to the depot and wish to make a personal collection make sure you phone beforehand to make sure there will be someone on site. Occasionally they have to shut the office to make emergency deliveries but they will always answer the phone.

Ordered oil I said no rush, 2 days later it was delivered! Amazing service, highly recommend to use 123 oil

Similar to others, I contacted 123-Oil as required an urgent oil delivery in the run up to bank holiday. I found Nick very friendly and courteous to speak with who told me straight from the outset he could arrange for oil to be delivered the same day. And 4 hours later we had an oil delivery. Happy wife. Great service ! Ben

Was stuck with out fuel and 123 oil came to my rescue couldn’t recommend them enough if I cud give them more than 5 stars I wud. Matt went above and beyond and got my delivery done within a hour.

Excellent communication, helpful staff and willing to deliver to an awkwardly situated oil tank when others wouldn’t.

This company could not have been more helpful, engaging and polite. They have been able to deliver oil at short notice (which has saved me!) And have provided clear instructions on how to get the boiler re-started (going above and beyond). This review is a warning to all potential customers of 123Oil. The owner of the company is a very dishonest individual and you use him at your peril. He has charged us for oil that was never delivered.
We used 123Oil in December 2022 for an emergency heating oil delivery at a holiday letting property we run. Our usual supplier had delays in delivering because of the cold weather. The owner of 123Oil personally attended our property and claimed to have delivered 500 litres of oil into our 1,100 litre tank. However, our remote gauge sensor showed that no oil had been delivered (it remained on one bar). When this was queried, the owner of 123Oil claimed the gauge must be faulty. The next day, our usual supplier delivered 800 litres into our tank. Clearly, this should have been impossible if 123Oil had delivered 500 litres the day before (incidentally, our remote gauge sensor showed nine bars after our usual supplier’s delivery).
To cut a very long story short, over the last 2 months the owner of 123Oil has made numerous lies about the tank capacity, the bund, the gauge accuracy and many other excuses (all now proved false); he’s blamed the other fuel company (who have provided me with documentary evidence of their oil delivery, unlike 123Oil who still refuse to do so) and he has assured me that he would “swear on oath in court” that he delivered the oil.
It has now transpired that 123Oil used my paying holiday guest to help pump the oil and that guest has confirmed that the oil was not delivered as claimed because he was told the fuel pump on the truck was not working properly. When caught out in his own lies, the owner of 123Oil shows his true colours and becomes very unpleasant to deal with. He has made up lies about my wife, has threatened us with a High Court counter-claim and bombarded us with emails. Despite all the evidence against him, he is only offering a refund of less than half of what we have paid because he insists we pay for him "attending" the property (despite not delivering the oil we paid for). Unbelievable. It looks likely we will have to take him to court to get our money refunded. Given his behaviour to date, I have no doubt the owner of 123Oil will respond to this review with further lies about events and/or me personally. You are, of course, all free to believe whichever version of events seems most credible.
UPDATE: I have now received a full refund and this dispute has now been resolved.

Oil 123 got us out of a sticky situation today as we ran out of oil at the time our normal supplier failed to deliver on time (twice!). Unlike the competitor, oil 123 picked up the phone and I could speak to an actual human! Super helpful, delivery in 8 hours from initial call. Friendly and courteous customer support. 123oil were absolutely fabulous I called to get some emergency oil , they were not available to deliver to our area but very willingly and kindly gave us a few solutions that got us sorted on the same day and I was very grateful as this meant we didn’t have to go without heating for a week. Amazing customer service very helpful indeed. I highly recommend
