123oil.co.uk Reviews

Fantastic service.
Our usual supplier of many years kept failing to deliver despite an order placed 3 weeks prior. It was the week before Christmas and thankfully I found 123 Oil. Nick came to our rescue and promised a delivery in the next day or two. Despite being low on oil a driver turned up with a part order to keep us going promising to return the day after. Our supplier then turned up and filled the tank before he could return. Nick at 123 Oil refunded our outstanding delivery immediately.
We'll definitely contact them to quote for future non emergency, planned deliveries.
Thank you Nick and the team.

Nick and the team couldn't have done more to get me my oil before a family Christmas- incredible customer service! Would recommend without hesitation- great prices, friendly and really helped me out of a jam!

My previous supplier cancelled on me with no notice, three weeks in a row. We have a newborn baby at home and were inches from running out of oil. I called everyone and no one could help. We were panicking then I found 123oil who stepped up and got us oil the next morning. I can’t begin to tell you how important that was to us. They really saved us and we will be loyal customers forever

Absolutely brilliant company. We were in a cottage in Snowdonia and Nick and Matt made sure to bring us a delivery in such short time when we were freezing. Can't thank them enough. Lovely family run business :)

Absolute life saver!!
Needed an emergency delivery 4 days before Christmas and they did as promised and delivered the next day. Jay the driver was excellent, literally made our Christmas!!

Helped us with a very last minute on the day oil delivery just before Christmas. Charming people to work with. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend them

I did not receive my oil delivery from my usual oil supplier on time and was running out of oil. 123 Oil delivered an emergency delivery the next day, and saved my family from having a cold Christmas. Very nice people and great service - thanks, Richard

My goodness! If only every customer service I encountered were like this. So helpful. Fantastic, can’t recommend enough!

Awsome service. Got to me next day and really friendly staff. Would only use 123 oils

Speedy delivery and beat delivery times on a closer company. Sorted boiler for my elderly mother. Cannot fault this company. Very courteous. We are now only going to use 123 Oil. Thank you so much for your help.

In an emergency situation Nick and 123Oil provided excellent customer service and very prompt delivery. Friendly yet professional and a super quick response - we highly recommend them. Thanks Nick and your team!

Spoke with Nick and he couldn’t do enough to help. Phoned several other companies who were unable to help they are able to deliver within hours. They were also highly recommended by my usual oil company

We ran out of oil due to the current climate and our normal supplier couldn’t delivery due to no oil in our area apparently. These guys came to our rescue and delivered in a day! Will definitely use again and can highly recommend ⭐️

Excellent service, as we had run out of oil due to a failure of another supplier. Good to know that one can get a prompt top-up, although at a premium price

Absolutely fantastic service. I ran out of oil on last Saturday and the earliest any other company could deliver was 10 days due to the current climate. Nicholas was brilliant, sorted out a delivery that day… in fact so quick it came within the hour… and I also got advice on how to restart the Aga. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I am impressed with this business
I rank at 9 pm on Sunday night and they delivered at 7am on Monday. Amazing.
The mark up was a little excessive, but as it was an emergency and we needed the delivery ASAP I understand why.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

123oil gave really excellent service! We had run out of oil and they delivered next day, at a reasonable price. The driver then waited to see if our boiler would restart, but as it didn't he spent the next half hour bleeding the boiler and making sure it was running well before he left. Unusually good customer service, and so we shall definitely use this company again.

Our tank sensor is not working and we unexpectedly ran out of oil. Nick responded to our Saturday evening call and provided us with oil first thing on the Sunday morning .
Excellent service - would highly recommend.

Just had a delivery from 123 oil. this is the first time I have used them and will definately be using them again. Answered my call first time and gave an exceptionally competitive price saving approximately £60.00 from my current supplier. Both of the guys (Nick and his son) were exceptionally polite and extremely friendly. Well done guys and keep up the good work :-)

We ran out of oil over the Christmas period and 123oil were the first company to respond and delivered the same day…thanks very much for you help.
