I had an issue with the delivery
I had an issue with the delivery, they couldn't find my package at the package delivery center, I phoned 123Optic and told them about it, they were quick to send me a new package without any costs attached.
In the mean time, I phoned them back to say they had found my package at the delivery center, and I could go and pick it up, they said that's good news, they'll try to recall the second package that was already on its way, to avoid me having to pay for it as well, because I received the first one, all went well, they managed to recall the second package, saving me and themselves extra costs.
I'm very pleased with the Servicedesk.

Delivered to Wrong Address
I ordered contact lenses for my daughter who is living in Amsterdam. When she did not receive them within a week, I contacted customer service. They were very helpful in tracking them down. They had been delivered to the wrong address. Within minutes my daughter was able to retrieve them from a neighbor. I was very pleased that they could help resolve the problem.
