The purchase went quite smoothly.
Just two remarks to make:
- the purchase was sent not really soon and only after I send a mail.
- there was a small problem in the delivery (not their fault), and the tyres arrived in blocks of two in different days. But when I tried to reach them to have some updates on the situation, I got no answer back.

By the way in the end I got the items I bought, so I give 4 stars

Various brands to choose from, from all price ranges and quick delivery! I ordered my winter tyres on a Saturday night and they were installed the following Friday.

i have being ordering tires since 2013, i never had problem until now. But this time, One of the most terrible experience of buying on line. i paid the 20 of Octobre 2018 and we are at the 23 november and still i didn't get my tires, so i still using summer tires with snow and cold. the service cliente is orrible, i get robot answer or false promises or i get a robotic answer like "when we will ship your order you will be informed". I deal with amazon, zalando never had such problems and they sure work even more. Maybe you have so much client that you don't care to lose one, but if you keep like this .....You took my money 1 month ago and no delivery, no explanations why this delay and no rembursement. i hope this communication from 1 of your client (becoming ex) help others to open their eyes and you to organize your service better.

Amazing service and price, 100% recommended

Placed orders 4 weeks ago, still nothing received. Can't get any information from customer service. Extremely disappointing.

Worst experience I've got so far buying something online.
First, the website switched their methods of payment and doesn't warn me about it but still it let me do the money transfer thru their own website.
Got a message from them saying the payment was approved!
Than a few days later I receive an email from them telling me to pay my order or else it won't be sent, that's when I discovered that they changed the payment option (after calling Costumer Service).
On that same day I checked my bank account, money is back, so I proceed to pay them in the 'new way' they wish.
About 3 or 4 days later, which was already much after my order should have arrived since they claimed on the website they had EVERYTHING IN STOCK, they send me an email saying it won't be possible to deliver the order in time because they were having too much work.
Almost 1 week and a half later after that (probably more), still no order delivered, I then decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund.
I then, receive an email claiming the money transfer will be executed on the next day. So I decided to make my purchase on another website.
2 days later(All this happens during week working days), still no money transfer, I've made my purchase on the another website which is now awaiting my money transfer which I can't do because 123pneus.ch didn't pay me back after all this time.
Ordered on 123pneus.ch on 30.09.2018
Today 19.10.2018 still no money, no order and no idea when they will give me back my own money.

UPDATE(22-10-2018): STILL NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT, PROVIDED ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION BOTH WRITTEN AND SCREENSHOT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT TO 123PNEUS.CH, RECEIVED ALREADY 3 OR 4 EMAILS FROM THEM SAYING TRANSFER WAS ACCEPTED BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT THE MONEY IS NOT HERE AND THE ONLY WAY I SEE TO GET MY MONEY BACK IS THAT I'LL HAVE TO GO SEE A LAWYER IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE MONEY I PAYED FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS IN STOCK WHEN I ORDERED IT. SEEMS THAT 123PNEUS LIKES TO KEEP MONEY THAT DONT BELONG TO THEM.
