I do not recommend this company, this ink is blurry, every other line is only visible, nothing helps, the printer settings are just right

this company scammed me. I bought HP ink cartridges only to receive HP instant ink cartridges that can only be used when registered to a paying instant ink account. These cartridges come free when you register and you pay HP as you use the ink. Do not purchase from this company.
Esta empresa me estafó. Compré cartuchos de tinta HP solo para recibir cartuchos de tinta instantánea HP que solo se pueden usar al registrarte en una cuenta de pago de tinta instantánea. Estos cartuchos son gratis al registrarte y pagas a HP a medida que usas la tinta. No le compres a esta empresa.

Speed, Good CX experience. Options for delivery. Surprised gift with pen and notepad. All round good experience and I will for sure become a repeat customer. I ordered 2 ink cartridges and 1 realm of A4 paper for the printer.

Very bad service everytime have to ask paypal for help

They advertise delivery in 24h but dont do it..very disappointed that toner was 15min drive from my house but delivery had to wait an extra 24h..
Dont build your reputation on 24h delivery if you ant do it.....dont blame the transporter

A great pity that they only use MRW as shipping company (according to what they told me by phone). I encourage anyone considering to place an order from 123tinta to look up MRW, it is a company with thousands of reviews on Google and trustpilot and similar sites and truly record-breaking low average scores. Well... So far I can only give this horrible experience 1 star as we paid 2,5 weeks ago and still haven't received our good. I will call them on Monday and demand a refund and I will make it my mission to warn as many people as possible about MRW and 123tinta. Do yourself a favor a DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I have worked with 123ink in the Netherlands for years. Last year I started ordering from 123tinta, having moved to Spain 8 yers ago.I ordered color cartridges
HP 415X and black from their own brand. They all worked well, except magenta, which the printer did not accept. I chatted and mailed with support and got nothing but dumb answers. I lost an entire afternoon trying to resolve this and ended up buying a replacement from a competitor. I'll just throw the 123 tinta cartridge in the bin and buy elsewere from now on.

I ordered Epson Ink cartridges and the website is well-organized, easy to filter specific products. Every staff member is knowledgeable, eager to help and friendly. I'd recommend them for office equipment and printer accessories in Spain and beyond.

After 2,5 weeks waiting still nothing delivered. Just no service for getting information about delivery. Somewhere stuck at transport company, but 123tinta doesn't work on a solution! Verry disaponted in this company.

Finally went searching the package myself.
After two days of searching and driving two times to a package point (3 hours driving) I found it and brougt it home myself.

Better go to Media Markt or something like that and buy your products there.
Better service and you pay and get the product right away.

This company is a complete scam. Firstly, to attract customers, they promise to deliver your order within 24 hours (1 business day). Now, 4 business days later when I told them that I still have not received my order and because of this I am canceling my order and requesting a refund, they tell me that a refund will be available after the delivery company (MRW) will return the goods to them. In other words, if the delivery company never returns the item, I will never receive a refund. So, when it comes to charging your credit card it takes a minute, to get a refund - much longer, and as a possible scenario - never. And here's what else I noticed. This company doesn't care about their customers at all. As proof of MRW's attempt to deliver my order, they send me a photo of one of the gates of our urbanization. Really??? And when I asked why they didn’t call me they have my phone number, there was no answer, just silence, as if no question had been asked.
Then logically I can conclude that these two companies in the scam are connected.

I bought from this company in November the cleaning products Pink stuff.
I was shocked to see how good it works the cleaning paste is absolutely magical
delivery time was respected. I also found two small gifts inside the box which really pleased me.
I would definitely use their services in the past

Fake website and service. They promise yo a quick delivery and low price, but in relaity they use MRW delivery. They claim they can't deliver the package and the ink company says they are locating the parcel. Perfect scam! Both companies blame each other and no one has delivered my cartridges yet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Fantastic service, just the best

Cancelled order 3 days after it was ordered, was waiting on delivery, no explanation. Taken payment and then have to wait for it to be refunded. Awful company.

This company supplies leaking private label cartridges. After forwarding the complaint I received a response with instructions that had nothing to do with the leaking cartridges. Completely worthless!

They are excellent. Website very easy to navigate and full of information. Chat line answers quickly and they are very helpful. They keep you up to date with the status of your order and really efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and they are a brilliant company to deal with. They are "simply the best"
