I bought a strap for my apple watch 23 dec 2025 , still not recieved anything , the moment i said i will start a legal action against 123watches they amazingly responded by stating that they have sended a 2nd strap and it will arrive in 1-3 working days , allready 1 day passed i give them the oppurtunity till next friday 9 jan . After that i will review my comment and act acoordingly

Very poor service…. It took 1 week to receive the strap and the second day it already broke 😏 i wrote to klantenservice but no reply at all !!! My advice : don’t buy !!!!!

I have ordered 3 times from them, also in 2019 and 2020. They give proper updates about the status of the order/shipment and the Fitbit bands were all good.

Ordered a watch strap for my Apple watch 10, photo was a replica of the £300 one.
Looked nice.
Upon delivery it was completely different, same bands you can buy on amazon for a tenner. Annoying watch clasp, nothing like the flush look on the photo.
I contacted support about my issue, they said to return it for a full refund and including my own postage cost which was over a tenner. So far their customs have it as their returns was clearly an issue. No response nothing not even my refund.
I hate it when company’s do this and have no care for customers. Now I have to go through all the stress with a charge back and small claims proceedings for my postage cost, as I can’t let it slide for pure principle. Why should I lose out, when I was sold a completely different product ? He’ll NO
No doubt response will be, blah blah contact us on ….. to be further ignored! SHAME

Does exactly what is said on the tin. Great communication and excellent delivery and great product at a good price.
I placed two orders with these, I haven’t received my first order yet but they said it had been despatched. I then received confirmation that my second order had been despatched, only then to receive a message from them saying payment had not gone through. I checked my PayPal and my bank and it had been paid. So I do not trust these and not sure if they are scammers. I have contacted them and so has PayPal but no reply yet and no goods.

Personally I found them really good! Amazing costumer service . I had a small problem with my Apple Watch bandage they respond in 10 minutes after my message and they send in one day a new one ! So great job!!!

I RECEIVED THE WATCH STRAP AND ITS A VERY GOOD QUALITY STRAP AND VERY GOOD FIT SO THE PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD AND OF GOOD QUALITY
I just think the company need to look at better customer service and better responses and more communication
I oredered a watch strap and was told it would be here in 3-5 days and there was no tracking available but I got a tracking number with the order when it was shipped, order was shipped Monday and as of tomorrow it will have been 5 days and the product is still in the Netherlands and when I asked about the order I was just told “ oh there must be a delay in the post office “ I would not order the product again, I will be demanding a full refund from the company, I have tried contacting the company since 8am on 12/07/2024 and my messages are being ignored no refund and no product

I contacted 123 Watches on Instagram and Melissa quickly responded to my messages reassuring me that Shipped doesn’t mean it has been delivered it means it has been sent and I’ll receive it within 2-3 days if I’m in the UK. All credit to 123 Watches & Melissa at 123 Watches.
+ The band that I ordered was only £8.50 and Delivery was FREE!!

It is thinner than the authentic Nike strap, but I like that, it is more comfortable to wear for exercise and sleep. Still seems robust and secure.

Ordered a Milanese band for my Apple Watch. Price was E 17,99. There were very sharp edges on the metal band so I returned it.
They advertise with "free delivery and returns" but that's not true. You can only get a full refund in store-credit. If you want your money back you have to pay a fee.
I only got 10,25 from the 17,99 I paid and also didn't receive any e-mail confirmation.
I feel scammed and I think this is against the law in The Netherlands.
I see similar reviews here on their misleading return policy. Don't buy your watch band at 123Watches.nl

Ordered 3 bands for my Apple Watch. They are all low quality and do not actually click into my Apple Watch properly, since a single strap can be used on multiple size watches. I was sent one strap in the incorrect size from what I ordered. My main problem is that when you’re about to order it says in green “FREE RETURNS!” but I was told later that returns are only free if you received the wrong item or if you choose a gift card instead of a refund. That is then NOT, in fact, a reason to write a misleading “FREE RETURNS!” when a customer is about to order. Sneaky sales tactic…otherwise known as a lie. Even though I received an incorrect item, €7,74 was missing from my refunded amount. If you delve properly into the returns info on the website you’ll find out that a return is supposed to cost €2,88. The least a company can do is be transparent with their information. Would not recommend at all.

I placed an order for watchband from leather. It arrived next day. From here everything went wrong. The band I didn't like because the quality was not good: it was very stiff and couldn't close good. I decided to send it back. I went to the Post office and send it back. Credit nota came with deducted shipping costs.On their website it's stated that Sending/Returning is FREE. I emailed them. Received the answer that I posted the item in a wrong way that's why they deducted the shipping costs. According them I had to dispose the package in any post box on a street! Never heard such a thing! The shipping cost were much more higher than usually you pay even with Track &Trace. All my questions were not answered or ignored. They even tried to convinced me that Sending/Returning FREE means only for Exchanging items.
Very not pleasant experience with low quality item. Do not recommend.
