Too many calls/emails, especially regarding cars I expressed no interest in.

Not great. I was specifically looking for a Toyota but I was flooded with responses from Nissan which I have no interest in. Plus the Zip codes where the dealership that were contacting me were over 4 hours away from my zip code.

Great site keep that keeps us informed on all that is transpiring within 1800carshow!! Keep up the good work!!

Scott was helpful and positive. The only thing I could suggest for Scott, would be to "slow down" and be willing to listen to the customer.

I never asked for info on any Nissan vehicle yet I received calls concerning Nissan vehicles.

So far no bad experiences. Just started with them and cannot complain.

Friendly, fast to respond returned call right away and professional.

The gentleman that called me was just reading from a script and not listening to a word I said. He actually sent me information on the wrong car make. Although, maybe his incentive was to send me info on that model versus my preference.

Too many calls - one after the other! I do not like getting a lot of calls as the result of simply looking online at car sale information that I receive via email. It is very annoying and I feel like it is an invasion of privacy. If I am interested in a car, I will reach out. Nothing turns me off faster than overanxious sales people. I received 4 calls in rapid succession and was rather curt since I was not expecting that reaction and will not take these calls on my work line. You need to rethink the setup of these websites - I will no longer be looking at them and will venture out to a car lot at my convenience.

Gave me some great info on trucks I was looking at.

the customer representative is understanding, kind, but trying to sell me cars that aren't my concern.
