Extremely poor customer service, issues with the courier leaving the parcel in a communal area so lucky it wasn’t stolen, I spoke with Tom the owner and got his assurance that there would be no issues with the second order, two bottles of gin, poorly packaged having been kicked from pillar to post by the courier on the second occasion.
I do not trust this company, very poorly managed.
We ordered Reverend Huberts "Winter Gin Liqueur" as a gift. The website offered next day delivery. After two days I contacted their customer service (email only) and got a reply from Thomas Lester (Company owner) which was very sarcastic, insulting and down right rude. He offered to give me £10 out of his own wallet! I rejected that and asked for a full refund. When the gin finally turned up on the 29th December we rejected it. Our giftee had by then returned to the States.
At a New Years Eve party I was offered Reverend Hubert Winter gin liqueur and thought I would try it. It tasted like spiced cats pi.., both the host and several other guests thought the same as I did. Thank Father Christmas we didn't keep it. Very poor customer service and an even worse gin.
