I had to wait for over 1/2 hour to speak to a representative about something other than renewing my order. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Hire another person to answer phone calls if you are truly that busy!!! There are other sources for catheters! Give them a try.

Great customer service and place to handle my medical needs
Every one of the customer service agents at 180Medical are always pleasant as well as professional. There is a great group of people to work with there I receive my monthly shipment of catheters like clock work. I couldn't ask for a better place to meet my ostomy needs.
