Always very polite
Always very polite, well spoken, and helpful representatives. I have been a customer for eight years. The only disruptions in receiving my catheter shipments was due to my urologist Drs office staff not responding to 180 the needed insurance requirements. 180 provided me with a sample pack while the issue was resolved. Thank y'all very much.

I had trouble when I received a box of catheters
I had trouble when I received a box of catheters. One of my catheters was totally bent at a 90-degree angle, and I emailed them to let them know. They emailed me back right away and wanted to know what they could do to make it correct for me. I informed them that I didn't know what they could do. The gentleman asked me if they could send me some new catheters to make up for the problem that I had. I informed him that they could do that. He wanted to know how many I wanted, and I informed him that he could send me four catheters. He said he could do that and apologized for what had happened.

Notifications are timely, on line order modifications are easy though the email link of an upcoming order does not contain it. Fixing that woulod be nice. You have to log in to get a modification of order option now. Payment on line is easy also.

A bit easier to adjust each month's pending shipment, some things I got too much of, others I could have used a bit more but I could never figure out how to make those adjustments, so I just accepted what was delivered...sufficient supplies and always delivery on time...
