The annoying E-Mail „news“ don‘t stop even I contacted them and please to unsubscribe me and delete data.

Bad support! I have been using 1home for five years. Since the old platform was no longer being developed, support suggested I update to the new server. I have reported the same problem several times with the new system. But even after asking several times, I have not received an answer from support. Existing customer service is different.

I installed the 1Home Server for KNX in the morning and a few hours later, I had my entire home with lights, thermostats for heating and blinds up and running on Apple HomeKit.

I had to make some minor modifications in ETS on some of my KNX devices where the 'R' flag was not set. The unit's error detection functionality is great and really helps with getting the ETS config right with informative help along the way. The unit has not been running for more than 4 days, but so far everything looks great/stable.

What other things have I experienced.... Yes, the IP tunnel feature works like a charm, so there is no need for a separate IP Router for your KNX installation. ETS downloads and bus monitoring just works. And finally.... one minor negative. When I got the device, it was on version 1.15. When I re-booted it in order to upgrade to the newest release (at the time 1.17), the unit failed to initialize properly after upgrading. I had to turn the power off and on again in order for it to boot and run again. Not a major problem, just a glitch.

I ordered a product (1Home server) spring 2023, for delivery in August, based on the specifications listed. The product wasn't delivered until November, and when I received it, it only contained 1/3 of the specified functionality!! The other parts would come in software updates in December and January, they said. Today I received a message that the most important functionality, the logic module scheduled for December, now has an estimate to be delivered in Q1.

The only reason I give the company two stars is that the 1/3 delivered functionality seems promising.

If selling a product that is not yet developed, it should be clearly stated to the customers ordering it. THIS COMPANY IS AN OUTRIGHT FRAUD. AVOID!!!

ADDITION AFTER RECEIVED RESPONSE FROM 1HOME:

You say it was stated as a pre-order. Yes. Pre-order in June 2023, for delivery in August 2023. NOTHING was said that the August delivery (which actually happened in November) would be incomplete.

The webpage still (8 March 2024) says this:
"With more power, it can run simple or complex automation and integrate 100s of IoT devices via Matter as if they would be one with KNX or Loxone."
THIS IS NOT CORRECT. REALITY IS THIS:
In the future it will be able to run simple or complex automation (estimated Q1 2024, we will see about that as Q1 is soon at its end), and even further out in time (estimated Q2 2024) it will be able to integrate Matter with KNX or Loxone.

I've had a 1Home Box in my network for many years now but a month and a half ago it just stopped working. I've contacted 1Home over and over again. Replies are sparse and still no solution. Don't know what is wrong with 1Home but the service is pretty bad at the moment.
