I recently used Movers USA Inc. in Maryland for my move and had a great experience from start to finish. I was moving from a townhouse in Columbia to a single-family home in Rockville, and the whole process was handled very professionally.
From the first phone call, the owner, Sharon Nahoom, personally helped me understand the process, gave a clear estimate, and answered all my questions. It was reassuring to deal directly with someone who clearly knows the moving business and cares about the customer experience.
On moving day the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my furniture with a lot of care. They wrapped everything properly, handled some heavy pieces without any complaints, and even helped place the furniture exactly where we wanted it in the new house. What I appreciated most was their attitude — friendly, respectful, and very professional.
The final price was exactly what was quoted, with no surprises. After hearing so many horror stories about moving companies, it was refreshing to work with a team that actually delivered what they promised.
If you’re looking for a reliable moving company in Maryland, I would definitely recommend Movers USA Inc. Sharon and his team made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and organized.

DO NOT HIRE
I strongly urge anyone considering Movers USA to read this before booking.
I hired this company at the end of December based on a quote and clear explanation of services. I was explicitly told the movers would disassemble and reassemble furniture, were professional, and experienced with stairs without causing damage. This was a major reason I agreed to their quoted price.
On moving day, that quote was changed and increased, which already set a bad tone. Unfortunately, things got worse. During the move, the movers damaged my walls and personal items, to the point that I had to hire a painter for touch-ups afterward.
Even more unacceptable: I gave the movers the keys to my apartment so they could move items in and out. They lost my keys, which resulted in me being charged by my apartment complex after I moved out.
I contacted the company immediately and provided photos of the damage. Getting any accountability was extremely difficult. After a lot of back-and-forth, they finally agreed to refund $120, which does not even come close to covering:
• the cost of replacing the lost keys
• the fees charged by my apartment
• the painter I had to hire due to their damage
At that point, I just wanted the situation resolved, so I accepted the $120. I was told it would be sent via Zelle.
It has now been over a month, and I have still not received the refund. I have followed up repeatedly and was continuously told that “the office is handling it” and that the Zelle was “being sent.” It never was.
What finally crossed the line: after my husband left an honest review out of frustration, I was told to remove the bad review in exchange for the refund. This is after a refund had already been agreed upon weeks earlier.
Holding a refund hostage in exchange for deleting a review is extremely unprofessional and unethical.
At this point, I am done chasing them. I am leaving this review so others are aware of what they may be dealing with:
price changes, property damage, lost keys, delayed refunds, and pressure to remove reviews instead of resolving issues.
I cannot recommend this company and regret using them.

I strongly recommend avoiding this moving company based on my experience. During my move, my couch was damaged, my keys and building key fob were lost, and I was forced to pay $150 out of pocket to replace them and restore building access. The move also caused wall damage requiring repair, creating additional unexpected expenses.
After reporting the incident, the company agreed to a $120 settlement, which I accepted in good faith despite it not fully covering the damages. However, the company has failed to honor the agreed payment, and multiple follow-up attempts to resolve the matter have been unsuccessful.
Failing to follow through on an agreed resolution reflects poor accountability and bad-faith business practices. I encourage potential customers to carefully reconsider using this company.

They helped us move into a new house, which is never an easy task. The way they worked was so organized that everything just fell into place, and my husband and I were actually able to relax.
