I ordered 2 memorial signs 7 days before Christmas, which although I noted to them that I wiuld be grateful if there was a possibility of delivery before Christmas, I accepted this would not be case as the order stating that they would not be able to deliver them until the 27th at the soonest, but they arrived with me 2 days before Christmas. Very impressed with the speed of the service and the quality of the products. Thank you very much, highly recommended!!

Quality sign and outstanding customer service
I ordered a small sign to remember our pets and this was a quality in all respects. The plaque is engraved so there is no worry about print weathering and though my first one arrived damaged the customer service was outstanding in getting me a replacement in fast time. Highly recommended thank you.

Below is the response from this Business following the delivery of a cask for my Father In Law's ashes. Choose for yourself if you wish to do business for such an uncaring, unsympathetic Business, personally I am appalled and I am quite happy to be forced into any further association with them. I have also engaged with Amazon senior Management in regards whether this Business is suitable to be trading through Amazon.
Seller comments: We are very sorry to hear this. You have been fully refunded. If you could send us some photos, that would be great, as we can then make sure this does not happen again. Please do not return the casket, as we do not pay for return postage. You can keep the casket and use it, or you can dispose of it, it is completely up to you. We can not send any replacements at the moment, and we can not take repeat orders from customers who have had refunds, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused, we have never had this problem before, and we are extremely sorry that this has occurred for you.

We gave you an instant refund, with no quibble, as soon as we received your complaint.
As shown in our response you kindly posted above, we apologised multiple times to you, for you being unhappy, we gave you an instant refund as we have never had this problem before and felt a refund was the quickest and best resolution for you, and we also said there was no return required; we sell hundreds of these caskets a month, so we were really shocked that you were unhappy with the quality, you will be able to read other reviews, that say how happy customers are with the caskets and our service. You never sent us a photo, so we could not see the problem with the quality that you were referring to.
We wish we could have resolved the problem in a way that you were happier with, but we are not sure what else we could have done.
We received your order, with your personalisation all on the order, we sent out your order, which arrived on time, we then received an email from you saying you were unhappy (this is the only message we received from you, and our response is the only correspondence that has happened between us), we gave you an instant refund, and then we received this review.
Apologies again, for any upset or inconvenience, we really did not want you to feel this way.

Great customer service!
Unfortunately I had to cancel my order soon after placing it due to a mistake on my end. However, the seller was extremely prompt and helpful, giving me a no-quibble refund literally a couple of minutes after I requested cancellation, so for that they get 5 stars for excellent customer service.
I would definitely check them out first for any signs I might need in future, as I know I’ll be looked after.
