Competitive pricing but watch out for cancellation fees
Competitive pricing. Fairly easy to use dashboard/online portal. Never had to claim but needed to call the RAC once and did this without problem.
However there are some bad points. Just been charged £50 for cancelling my policy. Even though they mention there are cancellation fees it's quite vague. In my case I cancelled and got a refund. A few days later I got the cancellation fee. When I called to cancel it wasn't explained to me how it worked. When I was told the amount I would receive back for the value of the remaining policy I naturally assumed I would keep all of this. Obviously I was disappointed to discover they don't automatically deduct the fee from the outstanding value.

Good customer service!
Spoke to Debora this morning from customer service to go over my policy and make sure I have done everything correctly as I've just passed my driving test yesterday, she was so helpful and patient with me, and made sure to go through all the important documentation to make sure that everything was covered! Very happy so far! :) x

Quick easy and efficient. It was easy to follow the instructions and to get my quote. After acceptance my paperwork waa with me in less than 2 hours, and was exactly as i requested. I would pass this insurance company on to family and friends with confidence.
