1st Central worst insurance company ever!
1st Central have got to be there worst insurance company. They are only open 9-5 Monday to Friday, their chat bot and helpline is completely useless and not fit for purpose, I have been trying to cancel my policy due to the ridiculous excessive charges they are applying to my account but after being on hold for over an hour and a half I am still no further and now will have to pay more for extra time, plus a cancellation fee, plus use time off work to sort it! Avoid them like the plague!
ALSO SEE BELOW FOR CHATBOT RESPONSE, SAME ON EMAIL COMPLAITS FORM, STILL HAVENT CANCELLED INSURANCE OR REFUNDED MY MONEY. NOW SAYING 8 WEEKS!
