I have had severe difficulty with their extremely dogmatic Customer Services. Very dogmatic, argumentative and most unhelpful

I am happy with everything except the delivery. All of the orders I have placed have required a signature upon delivery. This is very inconvenient as there us often no one home during the day at my house. When I place a 10 pound order, I should be able to indicate that it can be left in a safe place, or with a neighbor

Confirmation of despatch received in only 20 minutes and parts delivered within 24 hours of ordering - with just standard delivery.

It was such a surprise and pleasure to deal with 1stopelectrics when I recently bought my Dimmer Switch from them -they were extremely polite and very obliging in sending off the product I ordered. Their replacement Dimmer switch (my electrician couldn't fit the first one) arrived very promptly and I was given full and clear instructions about how to return the first one.
So all in all I am very satisfied and in future use them again.

Goods ordered on line and delivered before 10am next morning - excellent

Competitive prices, fast dispatch, great variety of products.

Ordered my product on line and received same day notification of order and despatch that same day. Courier delivered following day, to Scotland, although we had not paid for any "immediate" delivery option. Although we were out when the delivery came the courier left a notification and having called them the goods were re-delivered later that day. Was this a big order? No just a modest dimmer switch.
Excellent service could not be more highly recommended.

Products came quickly as ordered. Prices were good in comparison to same products elsewhere. Not happy with customer service though, emailed twice to say I'd ordered a switch I didn't need before they were delivered but it still came. Emailed since to return and still not one reply. Please get in touch!

Having been messed around by a different supply I had to insist on a refund. I ordered the same products from 1stopelecrrucs on the Fri afternoon and they were delivered Monday. Also £20 cheaper!
