Right switch, delivered quickly.

Well, we had a few problems with the Order. Some Sockets and an expensive dimmer switch came with scratches. I have to say they did get it replaced straight away without any problems, but the replaced dimmer switch still had scratches on them. Again they replaced the knobs without problems, but again the replacement had scratches on them. Why couldn't this be checked before they sent it off? They did say that they did, but in the dark? As they didn't see any blemishes. Again I took photos and showed them. For an expensive new four way dimmer you don't expect any marks what so ever on it. I gave two stars because they did in the beginning replaced all marked items and were very forthcoming and return postage got refunded straight away, but all the hassle and still with a dimmer switch that has marks on it, it's just two stars I can give.

We ordered varied electrical accessories which were needed very quickly, and as promised arrived on time . highly recommended,

I had to order a 13A socket for a new installation plus a new front plate to replace one a clumsy builder had lost. An e-mail to 1stopelectrics about the new plate produced a very quick response and I had the two items within three working days.

I've used 1stop a number of times and they always delivery quickly, items are well packed and prices competitive too. Very good all round.

Bought a trailing edge dimmer switch which was unavailable at most electrical wholesalers. They knew exactly what I was talking about, most than at least 6 wholesale electrical companies I went to. They had the right product at a fair price and despatch and delivery was quick. Courier used also was very good, so very pleased about that also. Had a problem with my address not being correct as I had moved, but it was resolved quickly and courier came out quickly again and left as directed. Thank you, would definitely recommend and will shop again!
