Misleading. It says you can pay by Credit/Debit card instantly, you sign up, what you see is completely different. It doesn't allow you to pay anything but bank transfer. Surprise, surprise.....

Verification can be long but well worth it
I've purchased coins from them multiple times, the authentication process can be long but so far has worked very well and I've purchased many Peercoins.
When dealing with exchanges you trust them with a lot of information and so far I feel confident that it's been well taken care of.
The have to deal with a lot of scammers so understandably they need to protect themselves as well so that they can stay in business.
Be patient, support is fast when approving verifications but the process has many steps and levels. Certainly don't hesitate and give them a try!
