Disappointed
The setup process was super fast and efficient. Top marks. Unfortunately that's where it ends. The support staff were not helpful at all. I fail to understand why I am limited to the amount of my own money I can transfer into BitCoin. Surely you don't get to dictate that. I urgently required $1000, and they would not budge from the initial $100. Just got an email now (2 weeks later) saying my limit is increased to $150. Seriously ? Find a local BitCoin trader, they are efficient and do not limit you to have much BitCoin you can purchase. Really disappointed from what appeared at first to be a super service.

Dear Andrew, please note that all services which allow to buy Bitcoin with credit/debit cards have limits system to avoid possible fraud and chargebacks. You can read about credit/debit card purchasing limits here: https://www.247exchange.com/limits
As our support wrote you in live chat, due to high risks of accepting credit cards for digital currencies purchase, we have progressive limits system. In few words, you have to make a couple of successful orders with limits like $100-$150 per one before you will be allowed to make the bigger purchases. Please keep in mind that after you made a few successful orders (and spent not less than $200) you can apply for a custom limit.
If you need to buy Bitcoin for $1000 as a new user, you may use a bank wire (SWIFT) transfer option. Hope for your understanding.

Dear Patrice, we apologize for unpleasant experience you had with your order. The system held your order for staff review due to fact, that the MoneyExchange Operator wrote your name differently (you were registered in our system with 1 Fist and 1 Last Name and the transfer was sent using 3 First Names). By the way. we do warn the clients that this can cause problems, and ask to check if the sender names match the receivers’. Normally our Compliance department approves such orders in minutes, but this time technical issue occurred and staff could not approve your order.
We know that it’s not your problem, but we hope for your understanding, in fact that was not only our fault – if the MoneyExchange operator would write your names exactly like we asked, the issue would never happen. Our Support and Compliance teams were doing everything they could to fix that ASAP.
Since our system’s issue caused such a delay, please accept:
1) 0.03 BTC small compensation (but in fact it’s 50% of the order) – please write bitcoin address you want us to fund in the ticket and we’ll send it right away.
2) Also, we left you a discount coupon for 3 months (can be used multiple times) in the ticket - please check.
We hope that would at least partially compensate the time lost!

Excellent service
Have tried a few small amounts to test and so far have been very pleased. Great security and quick response when setting up account and going through id checks. Have transfered GBP to bit coin and coins in my wallet instantly. So far would defo recommend.
