I had to pay $30 extra duty tax
I had to pay $30 extra duty tax. I wasn’t expecting this since they didn’t warn anything about that on their website. I’ve bought a bottle from 24 bottles couple years ago and never paid duty tax on it.

Not sure i will order more
Unfortunately, the bottle is not kid "resistent". After droping it two times on the floor, bottle was already damaged (now it cannot stand stable, its rotating on the single point).
On the bottle that my husband has for a while, color is fading.
On top, i wrote to customer support, since we never receive the straw for our smalles bottle if they can send me new one (with charge ofc) - never got an answer.
For the money they cost, i would expect more. Not sure if we would order more (we have 4 drinking bottles + coffee cup, so i do have "knowledge")

Great products but a lot of fingerprints on them
I love the 24Bottles products -- I have four of them at this point and would recommend them to anyone. The thing that pulled my rating down this time is that both bottles I received had a lot of clearly visible fingerprints on them at delivery -- not great when it's something that you're going to use for food consumption. I decided to keep them, since I could just wash them thoroughly, but it did make me think that someone else might have used them.

Best travel mug ever!
Absolutely love the quality and the designs. They also ship very fast!
I got the travel mug in 350ml and it’s perfect for coffee on the go with kids. It fits in all my purses and it has NEVER spilled once or accidentally opened.

European quality product
I met the product in a nearby store, but ordered from the website due to discounts, which is informative and easy to navigate. Delivery was fairly quick, packaging is very neat. The product shows stlye, quality and durability, which combo is not easy to find, especially if the "made in the EU" criteria is important to match. For me it was, and the warranty is also a nice-to-have.
