Metallic taste and stomach discomfort
I purchased a 24Bottles stainless steel bottle less than a week ago (Order #EU357693). After just a couple of uses with plain water, the bottle developed a strong metallic taste and smell, and the tea brewing nozzle also smells metallic, indicating low-quality material. The metal parts rub against each other, wearing away the protective surface and causing the noticeable metallic taste.
This has caused physical discomfort, including stomach upset, acid reflux, belching, and general unease while using the product. I have a very sensitive stomach, and these are real physiological reactions that make the bottle unfit for safe and normal use.
I appreciated the design and sustainability concept, but the material quality is not acceptable. I have lost trust in the product and am requesting a full refund, not a replacement or store credit, and I am waiting for their response.

All 24Bottles products are made from certified food-grade stainless steel (18/8), a material widely used in the food industry for its safety, durability and resistance. Our bottles do not have internal coatings and, under normal use, they do not release substances or alter the taste of water.
A metallic perception can occasionally be influenced by several factors, including individual sensitivity, water composition, or specific reactions to elements naturally present in stainless steel — such as nickel, which is part of 18/8 steel and clearly indicated in our product specifications. That said, we take every report very seriously. Even isolated experiences are important to us and help us continuously monitor and test our products.

Bad quality, colors look ugly IRL
Ordered a bottle that looks nothing like the photo (colors are dull and greenish, while they looked vibrant on the website).
Quality feels really flimsy, definitely not worth the price, I don't think it will last a month.
Overall, feels like I ordered a 3$ bottle on AliExpress

I found my forever cup
This coffee cup is sturdy and leak-proof. It keeps drinks hot for hours. It's easy to clean (unlike some) and came in my favourite colour. I imagine I'll need to replace the lid at some point, but other than that I'm hoping I'll never have to buy another travel mug again.

I really like your products
I really like your products, the bottles are good quality and very pretty. I got a costumized bottle for my partner's birthday and he loves it! The travel mug I got for myself and it's super cute, I take it every day to work. My coworker also commented how pretty it is.
Before this, I already had the urban bottle and really liked the quality - it travelled a lot with me and been through a lot of rough times but it's still great (with few dents heh)

I bought a 250ml bottle to keep in my purse and I love it so much, I bought another one for my mom a couple months later. The bottles are light and easy to keep clean. Delivery was uncomplicated. Would recommend and would buy again (again).

I love 24Bottle bottles
I love these bottles. I discovered them in Europe, and I am happy I can get more shipped to the US, which I’ve bought as gifts and more for ourselves for different uses. They are amazingly lightweight and leakproof. A perfect solution to other bottles that leak. And love all the different colors and designs. It’s fun to pick them out for specific recipients.
