Great custom product, bad shipping experience
As an end result, my product came out wonderful but I had a horrible experience with trying to get it shipped. I had to call and really fuss at them a week AFTER the 'estimated delivery date' as it was still showing in production, not even shipped yet. I had opened a service ticket online and the person I was chatting with through a service ticket tried to get me to pay an extra $100 to get it processed and shipped sooner...it was already a week late! The wonderful lady on the phone worked some kind of magic and got it processed and shipped so I received it on time for my cruise (they were custom beach towels for a group cruise). If they would have met or even came close to delivering on time, they would have gotten 5 stars!

I do not recommend this company at all
I do not recommend this company at all. They shipped my items damaged and UPS refused to deliver as a result. I never received my items and 24 hour wristbands told me that I need to replace and pay for another order . Additionally, I would have to pay $500 to reship my items to receive it 2 weeks past my original guaranteed arrival date. I will not receive my items on time and might have to cancel my event. The customer service is horrible and refused to let me speak with a manager or supervisor. They offered no appropriate solution, but said I should ask UPS for a refund for the items. Which makes NO SENSE! I would not recommend use of this Compsny under any circumstances

Great Customer Service
The item arrived on time, and the graphic turned out perfect. I originally uploaded a graphic that would have pixelated when printed, and I was pleasantly surprised when they actually called me to let me know. They helped me over the phone find a higher-quality image, which I really appreciated. You just don’t get that kind of personal attention from companies nowadays. I’m very happy with their customer service and would definitely order from them again.
